Meals were served through a menu at dinner was limited to 3 options. Brakfast was a shit mini buffet. No cheese for omlet even asked extra lol. Small 32 inch TVs (Room S12)Waste of money. For less than this amount you can book a hotel with nice meals and facilities.Staff is great. But management must be responsible.Sharp checkout at 11am even no guests are coming to take the room.

Okay but some insects in the room , first had to wait till 13:15 till check in even the Website says from 9am , first room AC not working as well , idk for that amount of money quite disappointing

The rooms are spacious and luxurious and the breakfast was great
No food available after 11 PM, a lot of the staff couldn’t speak in English

Wi-Fi was out for first two days.
Room overlooking ocean. Roomy, very comfortable bed and pillows. Safety box. Huge pool. Bar tender made the best mojito in Sri Lanka. Check in completed efficiently. Clean. Quiet aircond and ceiling fan.Breakfast outstanding. Dinner awesome with attentive food attendants. If you want to kick back and relax this is the place.

when we asked to arrange taxi to Colombo, they say the price is 30.000rupies, we got our own taxi for 9500rupies, it doesn’t mean if you are staying in 5stars hotel it is allowed to give much higher prices than normal. Ripping people like that is not ok!!
All rooms at the resort is seafacing. The reception is great and helps you with quick response.The property is calm and quiet.
The negative part I noticed was that they do not provide the toothbrush, paste or shaving kits so need to carry those. Beach is dangerous and no lifeguard

Wifi could be a bit stronger
The room is very nice, nice bath with view, the bed, the pool also. It's relaxing. And mostly : the restaurant is very good ! I had all of my meals and I would definitely recommend the spaghetti del mare ! The staff is also very attentive and nice, they do everything they can really , the note is nothing about them.
The place is very dirty , all area, and the room was very dusty when I arrived also. The air Con doesn't work properly, it is very hot to sleep... And at this price it shouldn't be even possible to write this. This double the price they should ask for ... The whole building is getting to hold and no one takes care of it , it's really a money waste , shame. The wifi doesn't work properly neither , I couldn't even watch the weather....... Dirty / no Wifi / no air con shouldn't appear in a comment for this price !!!
The room was big. It had a nice balcony and a view on the ocean. I also liked the design of the territory.
The wi-fi was very poor. Most of the time It was barely possible to watch pictures and read news. Food quality and choice was subpar. I expected more fresh fruit.Also it was also very dissapointing for me that hotel staff could not provide me an extension cable, forgot to get a new remote and the dry cleaners did not work for "COVID-19 reasons".In the whole I think the hotel is too expensive for its quality.

Very poor maintenance: the sink of the room was not working, the toilet was not working, the shower was broken, some lights not working, the ceiling fan was not working well, all the room full of moskitos, the ac was very noisy.
