very friendly staff, and nice pool. the beach side room was very nice where my parents stayed, I was in a beach view room which was fine.

Drain for the shower was a bit stinky.

Bathroom plumbing smelled so bad, I literally gagged every time I entered.Interior is quite dated.Food in the restaurant was a hit and a miss.

Location was very good for the beach and proximity to the airport at the end of the trip.The staff were great...always helpful and friendly. Very much like the rest of Sri Lanka!No complaints at all!

We stayed in a sea view room which has a great view over the pool to the beach.The room is large and bed is comfortable.The hotel is clean and generally well maintained, staff are friendly and helpful.We booked for one night after arrival in Sri Lanka, and have booked again for our last night before flying home

Great place to stay after arriving in Colombo. Close to the airport and right on the beach. Friendly staff , good food, pool and aircon. Highly recommended.

That the AC is pointed directly at the bed. The beds are very uncomfortable - too hard

First place in Sri Lanka after a full day of traveling, we couldn't have wished for a better one. Check-in at 1am was no problem at all. Located literally at the beach, it was the perfect place to relax and get a first impression of Sri Lanka. Very friendly and helpful people. Somehow we managed to forget our beachwear and towels, but big thanks to the staff who were willing to send it to another hotel so we could pick it up later during our trip.

Location right on the beach was great, lovely outlook. Off the road so was quiet. Staff all friendly, breakfast was pretty good.

Rooms were a little dated but were plenty big enough and had everything we needed.

Low key & friendly, great beach location, bars on beach, handy to heaps of restaurants & bars on the street, tidy & clean room & balcony.

The Stuff was super nice, the Accomodation was directly at the beach. Food was good and always fresh friut. We were late for breakfast, but they cooked fresh for us. Room was okay, bed was clean, bathroom surely has seen better Times.Perfect for relaxing and geting used to the climate after the Flight We would come again

Great location, property is ideal for Negombo area, beach access straight from hotel. Pool was lovely and refreshing. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Basic room but did the job and we enjoyed the restaurants in the local area.

Its getting old and rusty

Just location.

The hotel is very old and in need of major renovation, the furniture is very old and the sunbeds by the pool are broken. It feels like the pool water hasn't been cleaned for a few weeks.

Breakfast was delicious, location is wonderful, staff are very friendly.

The rooms are slightly dated.
