The staff were accommodating. Spacious room. Big and comfortable bed. Good location.

Breakfast not included. Did not clean the room during our second day but staff are nice, helpful and accommodating.

The staff is very bad.We came around 4 am that I wrote before , nobody is the there .approximately 45 min to get room ready.

The location is very central, and close to the beach. And the staff were friendly

The swimming pool didn’t seem clean enough to dip in..

Our favourite hotel in all of Sri Lanka, huge, gorgeous rooms and the best pool for swimming/ cooking off or hanging out. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

I stayed at the hotel for some time Room was clean and nice

Not the hotels fault but the small road from the hotel leading to the main road is often flooded when it rains. You actually have to walk through ankle deep water to reach the main road. Again not the hotels fault but of city!

Very nice, huge room, super friendly people. Could check in in the middle of the night.

Quite expensive, murky water in the swimming pool, but that may have been because of the rain.

Great location walking distance to the main strip, short stay on arrival to Sri Lanka

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Fun bathroom with ‘outdoor’ shower. Good air con. Staff friendly. Close to good restaurants in Negombo.

Bathroom was not clean - hair in drain, towels also grubby.

This hotel is really Beautiful with large very nice rooms and a great swimming pool. It is in a great location in Negombo, only a short walk from Main Street. Staff are excellent, even organised airport transfers and taxis which made to next location.

The pool was small and the road to the hotel was flooded but not the hotel's fault!

We used this as a transit stop for a very early morning departure flight. The hotel is outstanding and in a quiet area, but a few minutes walk from some great restuarants. Staff were very helpful and organised out 1am taxi, and were up and about on reception when we left. Room huge, proper mini-bar was a nice touch. Bathroom was great.

Nothing - all very well run and organised. Exactly as described.

It was worth the money we spent. The only problem was that when we arrived the pool was murky maybe due to putting chlorine so we didn't use it. Another issue was the hot water pressure. It was on the low side. Otherwise it met expectations

Shower had open roof and a lot of mosquitoes were inside. If you don’t lock bathroom door, mosquitoes will eat you for dinner.

Good value for money, lovely staff, sufficient for a short stay

Apart from the pool there wasn’t much else on offer, but fair for the price

The location was great, shops and plenty of restaurants within 5 to 10 mins walk. Room was lovely, spacious and very clean. I particularly liked the bathroom with the private outdoor shower!Safe, fridge with mini bar (chargeable)and water were in the room and some toiletries in the bathroom. To be expected.

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast options, no sri lankan style breakfast but something and a chicken curry.. not good for me as I'm a vegetarian. Luckily there were lots of options on the main road. If they had better options including vegetarian that would be a good thing!

Lovely Hotel. Good spot to start or to end the Sri Lanka trip. Very helpful stuff. Good restaurants close by. 5min walk to the beach. 30min walk to Negombo City, 10min by TukTuk. AC, Shower, Fridge etc. works well. Big rooms, good beds. Pool is clean. Airport pickup available (30min). First two nights felt bit overpriced but still good. Mosquito repellent helpful.

Nice spacious, clean rooms, close to restaurants but quiet location. Friendly staff. Nice little outside area.

Could hear people walking in the room above me, but not much bother.

The room was gorgeous. Very spacious and well decorated. It was extremely clean and the bathroom was perfect. The shower was very hot which was hard to find on our trip to Sri Lanka. Location was a 5 minute walk to the Main Street with restaurants. The pool was great! Staff were very nice. I would definitely recommend.
