- Conveniently located close to lots of restaurants and beach access is across the street and down a short path. The hotel is set back from the main road so it is quiet. Pool was smallish but adequate for cooling off. Rooms were a good size and clean, Shower was hot and had good water pressure. Staff were all very nice.

Mosquitoes abundant in common areas.Staff the least hospitable of our two months travels in Sri Lanka. - exceptuon: female employee. ( reception often without staff, on cells, sleeping in nooks - this may be a management problem).

Good location next to the beach and by many restaurants and only 20 minutes away from the airport. Friendly staff. On our last night of 3 the air conditioning had broken and we got moved rooms straight away which was very good service.

We had no fridge in the room and the TV didn't work but did get repaired .Only one sunbed so had to use the mattress on the grass .The railings on the balcony had big gaps so if you visit with children please book the ground floor

We arrived at 2am and left the property at 11am so we just needed a place to sleep. The pool was very inviting but we could not try it… The employees were very nice. Perfect quality/price accommodation.

There are also some good restaurants right by the hotel, such as See View, which is across the street. There are also some small shops in the area.
There is nothing that was not good. We stayed here for 27 nights and couldn't have had a better time
Our flight got delayed so we was late arriving but they made sure we checked into our room safely. The room was spacious, clean and comfy we had a great sleep. The owner was also so friendly and helped us get the local bus from Negombo to Kandy. Excellent customer service.

Staff here are lovely, they made a great effort to accommodate my food allergy at breakfast. Swimming pool is small but nice.
