Amazing restaurant to go with your friend and the view is epic

Restaurant manager strugled with English and we went as 5 friends ordered food and the food was server to each of us individually with the last friend who received the food had to wait 1 hr for a burger.

Only the location

We checked in late , there was no cleaned rooms , staff was sleeping at the office area and was annoyed been woken up, staff were rude and uninterested

Location was pretty good. On the Beach, close to airport

Room was very dated with pretty average facilities .

We were there for a couple of hours only so it was ok

Checking in was complicated. I couldn’t do it directly. Was standing at reception but got sent to booking.com. Had to wait fire it to go through.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience at this hotel. Ill start with the good - comfy bed, right by beach, plenty of sunbeds. But the bad - we had a very loud sound coming from ceiling in our room which kept is awake all night. A deep rumble. Even when wearing air plugs it was unbearable. We went to reception and they advised us to turn off aircon. This didnt change anything and it was far to hot without aircon and no fan available. We were told the hotel was fully booked so unable to change us to a different room. We were told there was nothing they could do so we just had to deal with it. We got no sleep before a long haul flight. In the morning we asked the manager for a partial refund. He stated there were heaps of rooms available and we should have changed rooms. This was very frustrating to hear considering the man overnight said they wete fully booked. The manager offered us a free breakfast which we couldn't have due to having a flight to catch. All they could offer was a 700rupee off our bill. Absolutely piss take.Our room also was covered in hundreds of midges when we returned to our room after sunset. The doors were closed and no lights on so no idea how they got in. The staff used bug spray which worked but also resulted in dead midges everywhere and a strong smell of bug spray all night

Good location, Great staff service, Delicious food , Good facilities, Worth the price.

Location right on the beach, staff always friendly and helpful, room vegan and spacious, breakfast superb in variety of local and western foods.

All good maybe restocking soap shampoo etc. Internet not always great in our room but otherwise very happy .

Location was excellent with rooms directly overlooking the beach

Just need small minor things/touches sorting out to make it feel good ie the toilet seat wasn’t the correct size it looked odd!

Comfortable hotel in a great location close to restaurants and the beach. Lovely choice for breakfast. Comfortable room.Friendly staff.

Place was still under construction and old building connection to newish building was strange and confusing. Beach had rubbish in it and was def not for swimming.

Customer service was excellent. Felt really special. Especially by Raj the F&B Manager. Huge rooms. Amazing food especially breakfast.

January 2025 major construction work going on inside the hotel. Dust everywhere and workers working until midnight. Very noisy. Housekeeping didn’t come every day

The view was so nice! The staff were lovely and made sure they did everything to assist when needed! Lovely location and atmosphere

This is a great little hotel and is well located with access to the beach. Hotel rooms are equipped with balconies and ocean views. The air-conditioning at this hotel is brilliant as it actually works and cools the room. All the linen and towels were clean. The hotel is a short walk or tub tub ride away from the main restaurant strip.

We did not make the hotel aware of this as we were only there for 2 nights at the start of our trip and 1 at the end. There was mold in 2 out of the 5 bedrooms allocated to us. It was more important for us to have rooms close to one another so this didn't bother us. Otherwise the hotel is well maintained and clean.
