Close to beach. Friendly staff

The room was really hot - even worse when the power went out. Please include breakfast in the price. Especially when people are arriving late at night.

Second time at this lovely hotel that should have more stars based on the excellent quality. Very peaceful even though it’s right located in the middle of all Negombo’s goodness. Large rooms, all facilities working and extremely clean. Very nice staff.

The location was perfect, Shamaine was very helpful and accommodating, the bed sheets are fresh and clean

Would be better if there will be a luggage rack and little lighting (white) in the room.

Overall gr8 host. Limited facilities within the hotel. But very quiet and away from noise. Also situated close to shops, restaurants and beach.

The credit card machine did not accept foreign cards, which was an inconvenience.

Nice large room with balcony. The lady running the place was very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was really good. Lovely grounds too .

The rooms were big and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast is delicious and the garden is beautiful.

We requested an early breakfast which the hostess was not too happy about. But furthermore a great stay.

The worst thing was that our room was full of mosquitoes; we must have killed at least 15 until late at night and still didn’t catch them all.The walls could very well do with a coat of paint and the room im general with a good wipe down. The quote for a taxi to the airport we got from the manager lady was outrageously high and we ended up spending a third of what she quoted us on a taxi we organised ourselves.Breakfast was interesting/unusual (eggs, bruschetta, hashbrown). Certainly not a bad place to stay, but overpriced for what it is.

Breakfast not taken so cant comment. Property was clean and very nice. Owner very helpful in accomodating our cycles. Very peaceful and relaxing stay. Short walk to local restaurants and beach.

Alley access unlit at night but outside owners control.

The location was perfect, really close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The breakfast here was delicious!! Very friendly lady running it

It was near to the airport and just outside the hotel is a great cafe LORDS. We had a good Sri Lankan meal there and the best from our whole trip.

It’s a home turned hotel. There were no hand towels provided in bathroom. Lighting in the room was very low and felt depressing. Fan was noisy.

Ease of check in, I arrived quite late but someone was there to meet me.

Very nice place and so close to the beach and the restaurants and shops. Comfortable and very clean rooms. Aircon works well. The breakfast was very nice and at a reasonable price.The lady managing the place is super helpful and friendly!

Its right adjacent to one of the main tourist roads with lots of restaurants. Some people might like this.

Clean, comfortable room. Just across the road from the beach and near plenty of restaurants and provision stores. Friendly and helpful hosts.

We absolutely loved the room and the ambiance. We made the reservation here coz we had a wedding to attend at Jetwing Blue. It was a very convenient short walk to the place. Amenities were great, it was a peaceful stay.
