the pool was nice, the beach was nice. the garden space was nice. The staff were nice

We paid for a family room with 4 beds and a pool/garden view. We were given a room with poor air conditioning and a car park view. Then we realized that when we flushed the toilet the water came out which was quite disgusting. It just goes to show that they don't check things properly. We wanted to leave the property and then they offered us a 3 bedroom with a pool view, the AC and toilet worked. I was with my children so I had little choice and accepted it. Long story short we paid for a 4 bed room and got a 3 bed room

The staff were helpful as they could be, but a little slow with requests.The pool was great and beachfront access.Linen and towels had noticeable stains on them.

The room itself was spacious and included a fridge, a kettle, and functional Wi-Fi. The hotel’s proximity to the beach was convenient, though the beach was unfortunately quite dirty.

We booked this hotel to end our honeymoon. It turned out to be the worst stay of our entire trip in Sri Lanka and the most expensive!- The bathroom lacked hot water. There was only lukewarm water from the sink, which was far from enough for someone with long hair. The bed was uncomfortable, several light bulbs in the room were burnt out. The shower had visible mold.- We wanted to relax by the pool on our last day, but it was disrupted by an incredibly loud birthday party close to the beach that lasted from 10AM to 4:30PM. Not only were we not informed, but the atmosphere was intimidating with about 20 intoxicated men dancing around.- Menu was extremely limited, no juice options available. Rather than informing us upfront about unavailable items, we had to wait for the staff to repeatedly come back and say, "We don’t have that," which was quite unprofessional. Service was incredibly slow: 20-30 minutes just to get a beer and an hour for a frozen pizza. Although there were four staff members in the dining area, no one attended to us proactively. Communication was a challenge as the staff spoke very little English. For example, when we ordered a glass of wine, we first received a plate of toast, then a tea tray, and only after showing a photo of a wine glass did we finally get what we wanted.- At the pool, we were disappointed to find plastic garbage lying around, which we had to clean up ourselves.- The hotel is poorly soundproofed, we could clearly hear the party from the neighboring hotel until after 1AM.- The airport taxi service was another disaster. We booked the hotel’s taxi to ensure we had a ride at 3 AM for our flight. Despite confirming with the manager three times, no taxi arrived. We were woken up at 1:45 AM by a phone call, which cut into our already short night. We were left stressed and scrambling at the last minute. Despite contacting the manager afterward to share feedback and improve for other clients, we got no apology or response...

The staff were helpful, pool was great and location ideal. Great family run beach restaurant next door with fabulous food and beach setting.

Bathroom a little tired but spacious and functional.

Very good stay before departure home. It is close to airport and you can be in 20 minutes by tuk tuk in the airport. Hotel directly on the beach with swimmingpool, we were able to use swimmingpool after the check out and wait there for our airplane

Our room overlooked the pool and the beach beyond and we got a couple of fabulous sunsets.

Pool area right next to the beach is really nice.

Room could do with redecoration in places but was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4.

I stayed 2 nights . The toilet ceiling was liking. Toilet was dirty. A guy from the restaurant was very rude. The food was bad. not fresh bread, After the 2nd day, I checked out & I forgot my clothes in the wardrobe they didn't inform me because they were also checking their room before my checkout. I called them the same day evening when i was in bentota to ask them. The manager said they couldn't find my clothes and my travel neck pillow.. I'm sure 100% they stole my belongings, I will never stay again at this hotel. They stole my expensive clothes..

The rooms were spacious and really clean and pool was beautiful. The staff was also really friendly and accommodating.

They offered me a room which had a separate bathroom and on refusing to stay, they offered me a much better room but the hotel is really old not maintained, the mattress needs to be renewed, the toilets need a revamp, water pressure needs to increase, the balcony railings need maintenance

The hotel used a separate slot card to keep the power on for the fridge which was keeping my drinks cold when Iwas out. Brilliant but simple idea that other places should really consider.

Not enough room services, not comfortable. Air cooling system was poor. They didn't have tissue paper, hand wash soap, slippers in the room, tooth paste and brush etc silly but necessary staffs.

Location is perfect. Meals worth for money.
