Good location, big room, big bathroom

No internet connection in the room, guests allowed to give a party in the room, impossible to sleep, no reaction from the staff

Staff was like family. They were all warm, super friendly and extremely helpful.

Room was a bit outdated

Very friendly staff.

Very noisy a/c and fan. Very basic bathroom and very noisy from the neighbouring bars.

Location was excellent

The property was filthy in all.ares specifically the rooms and bathrooms which looked like they had not been thoroughly cleaned for years

I was worried about the reviews I read for this hotel but I think the key is to book the most expensive. We had AC, balcony, massive comfy bed, although the sheet didn’t fit, lol, fridge, good shower and great view. Also a really good breakfast with attentive & friendly staff. It was really quiet so we had the pool to ourselves which helped and the beach and sea swimming all better than expected. Dined at Lucy’s opposite twice, fab food and prices.

The rooms are all a bit shoddy but for a stopover great. Don’t go for a cheap room. Airport transfer price expensive, use Pickme.

Good place to have a good sea bath. area is really good. but staff can do more than what they do now. good location but not get the max from the location.

The staff is not really good, they were not helping during the visit. but not all. fare team. if they can improve , they will have a good futureRooms are not so good.

No lift for the floors, not concerned for disable people... very bad reception from the entrance.... staff is not friendly at all... No room service.... no way of contact(internal communication) reception even in an emergency situation...

Excellent location on the beach,walk down in the morning, have dinner at the beach facing restaurant in the evening .helpful smiling staff

Slow service...minimum 1 hr if you ordered early Or more ,limited staff and cooks/chef. So you are in queue...order early to avoid sitting hungry

Breakfast was pretty good. Pool was warm and right in beach

Furnishings were a little dated. 1 of our rooms didn't have a TV or kettle or fridge. Only a couple of channels too.

Bit dated but clean. wifi only worked foyer and not very good but the same at a lot of places mattress had seen better days

Housekeeping very lax, they seemed a little surprised that we’d like the floor beneath the bed to be cleared of other peoples rubbish - tissues, wrappers etc

Good location excellent potential being squandered away due to lack of investment . The property is right on the beach ..exactly what I wanted but facilities are limited , though all the staff are very helpful and trying their best to make up within the circumstances

1.Food service takes minimum 1 hr as they have limited staff , though they all serve with a smile , MENU is limited 2. No lift to 3rd floor 3.No phone ,TV carry your own bags down as you can't call the concierge anyway or inform in advance

The location, right by the beach , perfect for sunset dinner & drinks

Mini fridge did not get anything cold.Pool dirty black comes off on your skin and bikini and jewellery. Others complained. Beach quite dirty.

Hotel Location and having a beach is a plus Most positive thing I could say is the location of the hotel, and the beach located just behind the hotel. There are many restaurants around the hotel, so had dinner every day in different restaurants. Staff – friendly and helpful. Hema (not sure her name?) in housekeeping was very helpful.

As usual I booked the room via Booking.com and booked an A/C room but on check-in I was given a room with a fan with Seaview. Reception said I had booked a Standard Room with a fan, but I show them on my room confirmation received from Booking.com shown under room facilities as a room with A/C. One of the staff said it is a mistake from Booking.com side, and the room described in the hotel do not show it. I was unsatisfied and told him the hotel must sort that out with the Booking.com and I should not be the victim of their administrative issues. Still, I was put in a room with a fan and told me either I pay the difference and get a A/C room or else they will offer the refund. Since I didn’t want to waste my time in looking for another hotel and also do not want to pay more than what I already paid for an A/C room I decided to continue. However, after some hours, Hotel Manager reached me and told that he heard the issue, so he asked staff to move me to a A/C room, so housekeeping moved me to a A/C room. I appreciated that the Hotel Manager understood that the guest should not be the victim of administration stuff between Hotel & Booking.com.Breakfast – Almost entire items are Sri Lankan items, except live preparation of fried egg/omelet.Pool – adult pool was quite a small one, but on the photo, I seen it as quite a big one enough for some adults at a time. When there are 3-4 adults in the pool no more space. Besides that some children also enjoyed in the adult pool though they have a children pool. Neither hotel staff nor parent asked them to leave adult pool & go to children’s pool.Dinner – I had dinner only once at the hotel since the food I ordered was Devilled Pork which was hard like stones and very spicy in spite of requesting to prepare with less spicy. Since then I choose outside restaurants.Hotel as a whole – worn out everywhere, very much needed a big renovation.

It is a SHIT Hoteel. Please Donot Take any Booking For this Shit Hotel.. Bathroom is Not Cleaned . Bed Sheet was Brown Colour. Nevver Change The Towels.Never Send Any Custermer to This Shit Place
