Pros +
- Value for money, good location
- Rather quiet, peaceful apart from affordable, exhaustion fan,air con temperature is fine, can be adjusted, quite clean room condition and towels.
- Quiet location & friendly Reception.
Cons -
- The aircond is old and the room smell is quite unpleasant, the floor also need improvement
- just door opening and closing sound, people speaking at different timing, smoking and black mold on showering pipe and basin.
- Mould & lots of it in the bathroom.WiFi was available on 3 channels, but none of them would connect 'Authentication problem'. Reception reset the routers, it made no difference. Decorators working in Reception, had to duck & weave to avoid paint splatter at check in. Room ceiling had water stains, the carpet in the corridor was also water damaged. Property needs a lot of restoration...
