I book for 1 queen bed but i get 2 single bed. I book for city view but i get dirty building view! I asked receptionist then said no more room and booking.com give that room to me!!!like im 1st time using aps !not even inform about room and no a sorry words!room floor also sticky and bed sheet make us itchy .

I booked queen bed but the receptionist give me double single bed. Maybe what I reserved should be what I receive isn't?The tv was not properly working. Same with the AC, I cannot adjust its temperature.

Im a girl travelling alone bcs my bestfriend was getting married. I went back to the hotel late at night around 1am and i bummed into a random suspicious guy at the lift. my room was at the 1st floor n the guy pushed the 2nd floor button in the lift. i was like okay. buttttt when he realised im alone, he came with me to my room ffs. when i looked at him suspiciously, he laughed and said oh hahaha sorry i forgot my room is at the 1st floor too. i let him passed thru me, n only then i got into my room quickly. the night in my room was fine but i got a call from an unknown number at 3am. i checked the number on getcontact, its a man’s phone number named ‘amsha style’. never in my life ive been that scared in a strange place alone wth

The room was big and receptionists were kind. I booked room with windows but they gave us rooms without windows. After discussion, they end up changed us to another room with window.There were Coway water dispensers, so good.Hotel is in the middlw of city, very convenient for eating and buy something.

Aircond is slow to get cold, and the heater suddenly mulfunction. It was cold while I bathed at night without hot water.

Friendly staff.

No mirror in the room except for the bathroom. Limited tv channels. No tv3.

slippery toilet floor, dirty sink, dirty toilet wall, cigarette dust in the room, mossy water jug. reasonable price, but cleanliness needs to be maintained

The staff is very friendly. Parking is available and free (the hotel provided parking tickets). There are Coway water filters on every floor.You will be given TV and aircond remote at registration. Need to pay RM50 deposit, but the staff was very kind to allow me to register without paying since I didn't carry any cash.

The room is quite small, unlike in the pictures at all. Very different. TV is small and the screen has lines. Good thing I was staying just to see a friend and have a night's rest, not to watch TV. The light is very dim, but I could still find hairs on the blanket ?Shouldn't expect much with the price you pay :)

Mattress is alright but on the floor without a bed, it's difficult to get off the bed for a veteran like me.

The bedsheets appeared uncharged! There were a couple of strands of long hair on the bedsheets! Omg.

The water pressure is good.

The bed sucks. The blanket is the old antique brown colour type. That blanket hard to clean. Will have many mites. The heater not hot at all.. the remote control for air-conditioning can't be use. Everything sucks.
