Location was good. Room was spacious, with a window. clean room, no smell. comfy place to stay. Toilet was large

Location easy to find

No lift, very hard to take our baggage upstairs. Full of lizard dung (tahi cicak) and theres also cigarettes butt everywhere. Toilet was smelly.

Air-con blowing air only. not cool at all. walking up to 2nd Floor. The bed's back board smelled bad. Had to tell them to clean and wipe it down. 2nd night was better..

There is no lift, we stayed in 3rd flour, for group of 60+ senior to go up 3 long flight of stair was terrible experience.There are some ants found in the room.

Upon our arrival in Yong Peng at noon we were taken aback to learn that no hotel room has been booked for us as promised. It was then a frantic dash to find a hotel to check in before rushing off to attend the function which we had planned on attending. Most hotels were already booked out and of the very few available only OYO H3 Hotel offered an attached bathroom. Imagine our trepidation when we read the less than inspiring reviews. BUT and it is a huge BUT, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the situation was not quite as dire as the reviews suggested. For one thing the location is a definite plus. Its very near to the town centre and enjoys a good frontage. The hotel is easy to locate and seeking delicious food was not a problem for us. There is a relatively large free car park adjacent to the hotel so we had no difficulty finding a parking space day or night. We found Fauzi who was manning the check in counter to be very helpful and attentive. The price for the room decreases progressively the higher the floor. So if you are not willing to fork out more $$ then you must be prepared to climb more stairs as there are no elevators! The room seems newly painted and clean. Ditto for the bathroom. Both are adequately sized. There is a huge mirror behind which is a place for hanging clothes or towels. Quite an ingenious design I thought. There is a flat screen TV which we largely ignored. We were provided with 2 bottles of drinking water which was a nice touch as there is no kettle. However there is a hot and cold water dispenser outside the room. I tried out the WIFI which didnt seem to function well. Luckily it was not a deal breaker for us because we are on data. The hot water shower does it job well and there was a sufficient supply of body wash, shampoo and shower caps. The towels were clean but one looked a bit worn out. Thus as far as the bare necessities are concerned the room offers a good deal for the asking price!

As they say, "You get what you pay for" and for the price I paid I couldn't possibly ask for more!

There's no lift, the room was quite dirty, aircond on room 306 wasn't working, no kettle provided and the room quite small. Ive been to cheaper and comfortable place before

The staff is friendly and helpful. Safe to park our car there as the hotel has a large gated parking space.

The towel has stain and look old. The sound proof is bad.

Counter staff noisy. Their friends are at the counter chit chatting very loudly at night 1am

Hygiene not kept at all. Bedsheets were not clean got yellow stains, towels too. Too much ants in the bedroom. No shower holder.

The bed is ok and i can sleep

Not too clean..need to improve also for the services and the wifi is so poor, cannot even goggle..

The Staff at the Reception were very helpful

The mould stains in the room and bathroom, stains on the bedsheets literally everywhere

The bedsheet was yellowish. Toilet not so clean. The room is smelly and ant surround.

Maybe can refurbish the toilet and paint the room.

Please improve the cleanliness. Change the clean bedsheet and comferter for a new cust. We got the room with alot of hair and stain on the bedsheet and comferter.

The shower is not working, the sink stucked. The floor sticky and somebody tried to open the door in the middle of the night
