big room size, as per advertize, however, the other room i booked comes with no window, not as per picture in the apps. Hotel should inform this in advance.

im unlucky to get a room facing the main road, cant get a good rest since the noise comes from traffic.The towel provided is smaller than a standard bath towel (picture attached). Has been to so many hotel including the cheapear ones, never had this kind of towel, almost the same size as the bath mat.No hot water. i confirmed this with the staff upon check-out.

Near to the location that I want to go and have many other shops like restaurant, convenient store etc.

The room not really clean, got so many spiderweb on top of the door. The door cannot be locked from inside both doorknob and the manual lock on top of the door.Someone knocks our door loudly at 4.32 am..so scary since we are lady's traveler.The iron need to pay RM0.50 but only for 6 minutes. At least 10 minutes is better. with the auto light for the corridor and ironing area..so scary when you iron alone at night and all the lamp off.Really not suitable for ladies and alone.

1. The bathroom door is almost transparent, not suitable for sharing with colleagues or friends. 2. Booking room with window, but due to the fact that we check in a bit late, we get the room without windows.

The location near to Parit Raja town.

Room facilities not good. Stay at 2nd floor and had to take drinking water at 1st floor. Ironing also not allowed in hotel room.If we compare room rate charges , this hotel should provide good and convenient facilities to customers. Not suitable for old people and handicap because need to use staircase to go to upper floor.

The check-in process was smooth and thorough, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There were facilities like water dispenser and iron provided.

Room and bathroom very clean.

I know the hotel is concerned with fire safety but the plug power is very weak, cannot even charge the phones. Also, the ironing area should provide railings and hangers so guests can hang clothes comfortably, especially if they want to iron more items of clothing.

The room is comfortable to stay in, near to a lot of restsurants n stall. Not much of a jam

No lift, so you have to carry your luggage way up to your room

Booking deluxe room with large bed, but instead being given double single bed room. The staff give reason deluxe room with large bed already fully book.. Why on earth did you all display deluxe room with large bed still available for booking when it's not! Truly disappointed and there is no way to cancel the booking.

Room was clean. N stuff were friendly.

Room on level 4, no lift, I was alone with 2 kids and I had to carry all luggage up and down by staircase.

Clean, comfortable, good location, friendly staff, parking space for car, not expensive. There were coffee table and two chairs which was very useful for me as I had to attend my studies during the stay.

I'm very positive, but the nature of my trip required me to leave the hotel early every day between 8:00 -9:00. So I wished they had some kind of breakfast option with additional charges, definitely. Then there were a few small broken items like the knob of a drawer and a hanger, etc, which should be fixed. Despite that, I'd give room 95/100. So it's an *A.

The staff didnot guide properly to the another block of room, the room is not in the googlemap block

The staff did not tell us where the actual room properly, the actual room is in another block and need to walk to outside, the staff didnot guide us to the actual location, we need to find by my self and there is no any direction arrow or map for us to find so waste alot of my time to find out one by one block whether where is the another block.

There is an issue with water at the morning of my important dayThere's no elevator, and you have to walk, the sensor is actually a bit annoying sometimes when you walk it doesnt switch on tho, so you have to walk in darkYou have to pay cash rm50 at front desk as deposit (pls state bfr pls)The road also hard to access because of construction

Room a little bit smelly. Overpriced as the room is small and the accommodation is not that good. You need to pay if you want to use an iron. So stingy. The refrigerator omg just throw it away because it smells like something dead inside. It is so hard to use an iron as the walkway uses a motion sensor for its lighting. We barely move when using an iron, so yeah, the light will go off for like every 10 seconds, and you need to walk a little bit for the sensor to detect you. Don’t be so stingy la, put a lamp there. Hotel not so ‘pintar’.

The location was great. Easy access. Love the 'kampung view'. Will come again??❤?

Walkway to room lighting system use auto sensor but slow response. You are walk in the darkness for 1 -2 second in the walkway
