Location and room is worth for money spend

The iron facility is terdious. First time stayed at this type of hotel class, the iron is not readily provided in the room or delivered to the room upon request. Guest have to bring the cloth out of the so call iron room , but there is no labelled assigned to indicate the room is iron room and the facilities not readily seen.

Comfortable and reasonably clean.

Parking was difficult at times. You had to park very far to the back of the hotel. The front car park area was always reserved for other special guests which is unfair.

Room was spacious and provided nice view of the city. The beds were comfortable too.

Room and facilities could have been maintained better, no toiletries provided as well. Flooring on bath tub in one of the rooms was coming off, the keypad for one of the rooms became faulty and had to call an engineer to fix it.

The pricing is excessive, and breakfast is not included. Additionally, there are no toothbrush provide.

Need to relocate to another room. But the service/ the room exchanges process is fast with the staff assistance.

Airconditioning was not functioning well. Since there was a few event during my stay, there is no parking space available.

It is a proper hotel with all necessary facilities. Room was updated and comfortable.

Bathroom could be updated a bit more. You could still feel the old feel in some of the finishes snd overall layout.

Parking is bad. Too congested

We were quite disappointed with our stay at Katherinal Hotel due to issues with the bathroom facilities. The shower head and faucet were not functioning properly — when the faucet was turned on, both the bathtub faucet and shower head released water at the same time, and there was no way to control them separately. Additionally, only hot water was available, with no option for cold water.It would be helpful if the hotel could provide an anti-slip mat outside the bathtub, as the floor can become wet and slippery, which might cause guests to fall.

Ideally situated within close proximity to major malls, restaurants, and banks.

Getting to the hotel from the main road can feel a little uneasy due to the traffic. Stay alert.

The hotel is generally well maintained. The place is reasonably clean. The staff is helpful and friendly

The hotel does not provide room slippers, I have to put on my shoes throughout the stay. One of the power socket (next to the bed but near to the toilet door) wasn't working well. For example when the hair dryer is plugged in, it work intermittently. Suspect the electrical contact grip is loose and not tight. In the bathroom at the bath tub, water can flow by the top side of the tub and onto the floor, making the floor and floor towel wet. My room number was 812. I stayed there from 6 Oct to 8 Oct 2025. Thank you. By the way this is for Booking.Com. I am actually a Malaysian citizen. Therefore I should not have been charged the Foreigner Tax Fee which is RM$10 per night.

Location is consider quite near to some famous eateries. Staff is Friendly and Helpful

Old and do have some Old Carpet smell. Parking is limited . Maybe, it happens as there is an occasion in the hotel that make no extra lot. But the Staff is helpful to clear a space for us to park. As it is considering an Old Concert parking but it is inside the Hotel. I dun thing it is very safe especially you are driving those "Catch Attention" type car.

The location is convenient for me. Nearby my family's house. The bed was clean and comfy.

The bathroom very rundown, not so clean bathtub. Parking is always troublesome. Very limited parking in narrow aisle around the hotel. They built the building without thinking about guests parking?? Because this is festive season the price is rocket high!

breakfast- oklocation -strategicstaff - excellent ( counter and parking lot) Thumbs up n praise to yr staff at the parking lot. He was very2 helpful, parking was easy with his help although it was crowded

1 toilet- tap at shower not working well. bidet should be change -should have adjustable water pressure. 2 shampoo n bath gel -should be given more instead of just one tiny bottle. 3 coffee 3 in 1 - no no4 room- high time room n yr furniture be refurbished
