everything looks good. just that it was the first time i stayed at a room with hanging beds and bar stool and counter . and it is just 50m walk to nasi pakistan, surr. and also to Eco and Ai-cha. the bathroom was really nice. bed was comfy. hotel parking is behind the building but not covered, when we arrived it was raining heavily and we got abit wet bringing our luggage upstairs thats all. staff was supernice. wifi was good. didnt watch tv though.

it was really near to nasi pakistan but at the same time below it was a main road/commute area and might be slighly noisy at times. also there's a jamming center downstairs so those with rooms nearby or above it might feel abit noisy but its not all the time.

Spacious complimentary parking space at the back of hotel

Last minute change room due Aircond is leaking and got free upgrade but cannot put extra bed. So in the end need to pay extra for bigger room. Water heater inconsistent sometime hot and sometime cold.

Value for money and excellent location. Easy parking too

The location is in the centre of Batu Pahat, so it's easy to access anywhere. The room is spacious and equipped with simple toiletries. The bed is comfortable, and the toilet is clean. In sum, the room has to be improved in terms of the air circulation. Other than that, everything is worth the money.

We have to open the door for a while in order for the air to circulate as the room has a smoky smell.

Strategic location. Strong air conditioner. Shower can interchange cold and warm water.Water dispenser available.

Weak wifi.Poor soundproof. Can hear chair dragging sound upstair restaurant at night. Can hear people talking at outside.

Hotel is hard to find. staff is so disrespectful, am asking question theyre just ignoring me and play their phone. Room is so dirty, 0 sound proof can hear ppl keep knocking door and talking outside the room. Mattress is so dirty even have animal fur on it. Not worth of money, staff no good, room even worse, even the parking lot is located at where they throw trash and wastages
