Pine Tree Hotel

Well maintained and clean room, even though a little compact in size. Good variety of breakfast spread and In room food service came really fast. Staffs were friendly and approachable. Location close to main road where food, laundry and minimart available.

It was quiet Nice view from the room that they gave us on the requested higher floor

The cleanliness is superb. Room is cozy and spacious, beds are comfy. This was my first visit in Pine Tree and overall experience with is good.

The soundproof could be improved.

The location and the parking.

TV in the room very old and small.The bed also not comfortable. Too soft.Shower area too clamped.

The family room is huge and spacious. Foods are nice.

One of the nights there were a blackout about 1 hour. No compensation given and was told it is due to TNB issue.

staff was very helpful, and room was spacious. Pretty good enough for my assignment. Nasi goreng otak-otak was delicious..

Interior is nice.

The room is dark n dim .Buffet breakfast was bad.Worst nasi lemak i have eaten.Rice turn up in clumps n stick together like kuih.

The room is clean. Breakfast is quite good. It's worth the stay.

TV's images were terribly blurred as good as not having it.

Room was clean. Water pressure good. Ac was cold and mattress firm.

Common corridor was without ac. Room ac could be turned on b4 guests check in.

Bathroom is big and i like it. Breakfast also considered decent.

Wifi is not functional at my room during my stay , room was 511.

Breakfast ok. Food tasty. Good coffee.

Limited shops at walking distance. A fixed shower head, flat pillows, limited parking beside hotel. Sealed windows. Only one type fruit on offer at breakfast (water melon!)TV old n not sharp!

Breakfast was excellent! Value for money...

We booked 3 rooms (2 family rooms & 1 deluxe king sized room-no window!)

Room was good. Breakfast was excellent - especially with lots of traditional kuehs.

The corridors should be upgraded to be the same as the room.

Room looks newly renovated, bigger than I expected. Bathroom was clean. I asked frontdesk for extra shower gel and I was given "EXTRAS". The frontdesk staff gave me total of 4 tubes of shower gel and 4 tubes of shampoo! Good service!

Room - everything worked well except the fridge in one of the rooms. Cleanliness is very good.Breakfast - excellent variety with excellent taste. Nasi dagang, nasi kerabu, mee bandung and laksa johor were pleasant surprises. Kudo to the chef and kitchen crews.Location - good, wish there are more restaurants aroundStaff - excellent attitude, very friendly and very welcoming

Room was sufficiently and view was great from 10th floor.

Night shift front desk staff lack integrity when I told him I've booked thru booking.com as walk in rate was more expensive He claim he didn't receive confirmation, can't change room booking, need to pay extra to charge room type but if i cancel and book again thru him, can change, breakfast not included but my booking show breakfast included etc.. all type of excuse. As it was very late, 12.30am+, I didn't want to hold back further and decided to deal with him next morning with higher management, SUDDENLY, he said he just received confirmation. What an EXPERIENCE and I certainly won't and recommend this hotel again.... Sorry !!!

Clean, well maintained, working tv, staff were polite and helpful. Hotel has basement parking which was good even though the parking spots were quite tight.

There was a weird smell in the room. Hard to describe but was like the smell at a chicken barn. Aircond had a faint creaking sound when set to swing but not a big deal.

We like the convenient store close by and the cleanness. The price is affordable.

We did not enjoy to stay here after we saw the reminder of the three-compartment ant, later that we saw some of them in the bathroom and sofa even we didn’t open any door or window. We were so scared. So somehow the feeling is not great. Even everything else seems ok.

Big clean room. Nice breakfast. Free Parking.

The entire stay is valuable. We are welcome by FO and F&B staffs in warm hospitality. Many variety for breakfast, I like the lontong very much! Thanks and will be back again!
