Nightmare Stay

The worse hotel I ever stay. Check in 7pm and check out 1am. The room is very terrible. TV not working. Air conditioner too noisy.. Bad smell too from corridor to inside the room.

Water pressure.

Bed is in bad shape and stain all over the sheet.Very noisy because of the trees opposite and during evening and early morning birds chirping too loud.Thousands of them.

Terrible stay experience, first time and will be the last time also. Heavy smoking smell in the room, even caused all my clean clothes absorb the smell. Dusty table and chair. My husband even get "insect" bites on the bed. Aircon function well but the whole night with hazard sound.

The room is clean and comfortable.

First, I made the reservation quite early and request for the two rooms to be nearer to each other. But during the day they cannot do as what have been requested which ended up me staying at level 1 and my sister's at level 3.Second, there are lots of birds around the hotel area so it's a bit noisy

The pillow, comfort and smell good

Toiled lid and bowl dirty.. shower hole stuck and the water drain flow very slow.

The WiFi is consistent.

More facilities in the room like electric kettle and iron.

the floor its oily, the toilet just clean but not comfortable, the ceiling ewwww,, so many fungus,,, n their bed sheet not change,, i know because there human hair all over bed sheet.. so bad? the air cond broken and not freez at all cannot swing.. the television also blurred

location is good

no lift and smell very bad,Aircond was very dirty and bathroom also very dirty ..no drink water dispenser at level 1

Since the room very much close to the main road it's a bit noisy and annoying.

Location.

Unpleasant room. Ambiance to the room, smell of the room.

Ceiling has hole dripping water. Amenity box filthy and shower soap box too.

The room needs dire atrention

Strategic location. Reasonable price.Comfort beds.

No lift. Have to climb stairs for upper levels. Not suitable for the elders who have difficulties in climbing stairs.

Nothing special about this stay.. Parking fee for lot at the front of hotel must be borne by customer. No lift, so elderly people with knee problems may find it hard to climb the stairs to the room at second floor.

Very basic budget hotel. No table, no chair, just provided one tooth brush for two guests. No windows, no slippers, no cups and no spoons. Not even one bottle of drinking water in the room.
