Very tight room space.Parking in front of hotel require new apps download, register, make min payment of RM10 but used only RM 1.80.

the internet in the room had a speed of just 2.5 mbit/s. Had to work in the lobby from the laptop to have a better connection. The children in the room were running back and forth all night and the staff didn't care even though the noise was clearly audible from the lobby. In the last night there was heavy rainfall and it was constantly dripping, I didn't think anything of it but in the morning I saw that it was dripping in my room all the time, the hallway was soaking wet, thank God it was my last night there. Don’t be fooled by the photos — the room is much smaller and the interior is nothing like advertised. It barely fits two people, and you can only pray while sitting on the bed. When I checked in, there was no towel provided. The staff said they were fully booked and ran out. I was tired and just wanted a shower, but had to figure it out without a towel. Staff were polite, but basic necessities should be ready in the room.

The room was tastefully decorated based on European Theme and very pleasing to the eye. The facilities and safety offered by the hotel were sufficient to make one feels at ease staying.

Lift was not functional. Room with red ants and need to change room. The staircase was dirty and no light towards the highest floor. No emergency exit. Bathroom water flow was slow till the bathroom was flooded. TV not functioning too.

Bed is comfortable.

Aircon facing the bed, feel cold of my head, even though I turn off the swing.

One of the night shift counter staff was rude. As we do not know the location of the turn on tap, the lady (14/3/25)came up and check and she couldn't even tell us the location. Later the technician came up and show us and we then aware the location of the turn-on tap. At this moment, the rude counter lady was still there and rudely she said now you know, right? The toilet is very cramp up so if you have young children, just be careful of the toilet.

The exterior of the hotel is beautiful.

Firstly, this hotel don't deserve a 3 stars! The cleanliness is total OUT! The room was not clean again before we checked-in. There were dust everywhere. Especially on the table, it's visible on the glasses on the shelf. Secondly, the water was not clean, it was yellowish and it took so long to clear up the water! Thirdly, the aircond does not function well! At first, it was cold, then it gets hot, and cold and hot again. Can you imagine that? How can we sleep well with this facilities? Fourth, when we booked this hotel, it state that it will provide baby cot, but when we requested for it in the hotel, the staff just say no baby cot and never provide any alternatives. Overall, it's not a pleasant experience for us! Just good luck to those of you booking this hotel!
