the room is too small and the price is not cheap also check in time too late

Location was good and it is a nice quaint hotel.

Room was very small and there is not breakfast on the hotel property. They would give a voucher at a outside cafe.

Booked a room for one person. The hotel was easy to locate as it is located at the corner lot and in front of the main road. Lobby gave a very comfy and artistic vibe, I liked it, Hotel staffs were friendly. There are parking spaces reserved for guests opposite of the hotel. The bed was comfortable, basic toiletries (you have to request for toothbrush from the reception though). There's a ShellOut restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel (though I didn't go because I don't eat shellfishes. haha).There is an art street nearby if guests wants to stroll and take instagramable pictures, walking distance to nearby eateries, convenience stores and the river.At the night, the streets are quiet. Well, I only stayed for 1 night on a weekday. Not sure about weekends though.

I think it's just a minor issue that the management of the hotel overlooked or maybe didn't really foresee when they assigned me my room upon my arrival. So I'm not gonna give them a bad review just for it. I did checked-in very late, close to midnight. I believe they already prepared my room in the evening, so there was a time gap between the room readied and me arriving. The first room they gave me was really small (no space for me to pray), the bathroom drain was clogged and the drainage water were covering the bathroom floor.I told the receptionist about the clogged bathroom and the smell it gave. and she gave me a new room. An upgraded new room with a window and a lot of space for me to pray. I liked the new room.. very very much. hahaha. thanks!

room and the location which is centre of town. and also the staff are very frendly. space is huge. got upstairs sumore. overall i love the experience. thanks for the lovely treat, thank you thank you thank you

Though it’s small but the place was clean as per others review it. simple n nice for a short staylocation was superb as we can just walk to places around the hotel without car. staff during check was helpful n frenlyif you have bigger family, perhaps should try their family suite or room with 3 beds for lil bit larger space

due to sudden news of one Malaysia raya change one day earlier, we cant cancel & amend our stay to earlier date.had to cancel one room as our parents go back earlier to avoid the traffic and no refundhotel n booking.com should liase for clients to refund as 1 malaysia suddenly change date for raya evefor rooms, clean as per reviewed ?could be alot better if service team could check the rooms before new client enter the room as our tissue n toilet rolls were finished as checked in

The closed rooms without windows.. coukd be daunting for someone with claustrophobia..

Room size small and no window in the room. Water pressure of shower was slow.

The deco is very stylish

It is not very spacious for the 3 persons. We stayed at the 3 bedding.

Ambience at the lobby is nice, good place to take photo. Has 2 tvs in the room.

For family room the space for prayer are quite small, only 1 person can pray at 1 time and it is near to the door where we put our shoes so kinda not appropriate. Maybe can remove some of the chair or side table because i feel like it is unnecessary and can give more space for prayer. The room doesn’t actually facing river/sea. The water heater shower doesn’t function well, despite turning the tap to ceiling shower, water still coming out from the other shower. Floor is clean but the table near the window is quite dusty, I’ve been sneezing a lot die to the dust.

family room located at ground floor. very convenient for those travelling with small kids.loft room with staircase. kids love it!food, uptown, muar river, bus & taxi stand, shops, art street etc all are nearby (walking distance).you may enjoy the view of Muar town at the rooftop (day & night)

The bathroom is clean and spacious. The view from the lounge window level one is lovely at night. The location is very near to satay warisan restaurant which is my favorite restaurant.

I asked for room with view. I got room with no windows. Tiny and suffocating with tiny cracked mirror. The light in front of bed is too bright that we just can't sleep. My daughter called the staff to fix it at 1.00 a. m. Good enough he attended us. Thank you. The switch is actually not functioning. So he took off the bulb. Then only we could sleep. Not a pleasant stay.

The staffs were attentive and quick to respond. Parking is available from across the road, with the hotel's parking slip. Walking distance to almost everything.

Some rooms do not have views, but it was not listed in the booking. It will be good to let customers know what exactly they are booking.

Room not ready at 430 pm. In a rush to clean the room, they forgot bathing Towels AND TOILET PAPER. no one check after cleaning ie no quality control.
