Elite Hotel Muar

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The room was tidy and the facilities were adequate for a short stay.

The staff on Thursday night to Friday were not very attentive and could improve in terms of customer service and friendliness.

No elevator, we had to carry our luggages up to the third floor, and we were aged people. Nobody helped us either.

Not i not like.. But i was back breakfast.. Suddenly i came inside my room was clean and all the soup and other stuff was restock and bed was change to new one.. Kinda shock at first cus i dont request for make my room.. But everything was at the right spot, stuff dont touch my stuff and so on..My laptop at the right place.. My ipad all at right place without move inch.. For me its ok.. But if im women i dont feel that good idea cus it kinda privacy cus stuff just get inside my room and see almost everything.. But so far the stuff dont touch my stuff.. That positive news

Room is spacious, clean and comfort. Meet the expectations. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Aircond is cold nice. Parking for guest plenty.

1. The location is very strategic. 2. Lot of eateries around and nearby Mall. 3. Close proximity to the town4. Staff is friendly and attentive5. A lot of ironing station around6. Hotel provides water refill station to keep you hydrated

1. There is a LOT OF SMALL COACROACHES wandering around the room2. There is no lift to access to higher floor. So you may need to reconsider your booking if you have an elderly/OKU people travelling with you

The hospitality was so good. My booking was in the system. Direct check in with freindly staff without so much isssues.

The room so dirty. The dust and the hair (do not know belongs to whom) everywhere.

Everything was fine as long as there was an elevator, mini fridge, window, room phone and a strong wifi. Hope it will get better…

The location is superb, right in the middle of town, walkable to a nearby shopping mall. Room is huge, nice and clean

We only had one channel for the TV. Not sure if this is the default, or just something wrong with ours.

Located at strategic location in the middle of Muar Town. Very easy to find food stall and restaurant & parking space

The room door is too noisy each time the hotel guest close the door till it affect our sleep at night

The location

The toilet need to be upgraded. The toilet flooring was quite slippery, the shower accessories was in poor condition and basin was too small. Will not stay there the next time if holiday in Muar.

Size of the room.. very big and convenient and clean

1. I wish the hotel could provide a lift. especially for those who stays at level 2. 2. the light on 2nd floor should be opened early at night. kind of scared when there's no light to 2nd floor.

The location is good.

1. The attitude of the receptionist was not as polite.2. We requested a refund for an early check out, but the staff wasn't helpful and we managed to check out after meeting the third staff. And we were told that the hotel will not be able to assist on the matter. Very disappointing. 3. After our first night stay, we have allergies caused by dust/bed mites. 4. Despite us putting the 'do not disturb' sign, the staff ignored the sign.

Location and ample parking. Room is spacious.

Aircond leaking room no 101. Only 1 channel TV and head of shower is broken and faulty. Pls do somethg about it. Additional pillow is nice if provided....

It includes basic utilities and near to most of the local attractions. Easy to park & navigate. Floor and toilet is clean enough. It's good that the hotel provide ironing facility but it's better to have hanging place to put the clothes (after ironing).

There are ants and cockroaches at the chiller area and toilet. It's better if they can have dedicated area for coffee/tea instead of lump together beside wardrobe. Air-conditioning is not cold enough especially during night time.
