Remember Hotel Bukit Gambir

I have been staying with this facility for uncountable times, the front desk is always well trained and great hospitality sense. Sometimes, the owner herself would commandeer the front desk for checking-in or giving you the better selection of rooms to suit your needs- for children competition purpose. I like it.

Nothing to pick on, just sometimes the shower head and toilet may not on its best reflection. Can be acceptable, so far no rats or cockroaches ever found.

The staff was very helpful. assisted in every needs and questions. They are also very honest and kept our stuff that we forgot when we checked out.

some of the sheets has some marking and stains, although it had been sent to laundry, but those stains are quite tough to clean up as it is white linen.

The front officer, malay lady was so helpful and friendly. He guide me where to buy stuff and change the bed sheet in my room.

The cleanliness was bad especially the comforter and bed sheet. There's a yellow spots and it really makes me feel uncomfortable. I bring my own blanket and pillow. I can't sleep well at night because my body feel itchy. The quality of the television is also very bad.

Convenient with lots of eateries around. Supermarket within walking distance as well.

Sound proofing is none. Our room is next to the main road and the sound of passing cars and motorcycles is like you are sleeping on roadside. Bearable as we only stayed for a night.

The location. Not far from the highway. We need a night stopover before heading to JB.Bukit Gambir is just outside the toll exit. So it's perfect location for a night sleepover

Basically nothing. You get what you paid for.. All basic need are there

Easily located hotel and near to my home. I occasionally stay in this hotel whenever a family function or gathering is done. The hotel was okay - clean, cozy, right-pricing and friendly staff. Beside that, I love Bukit Gambir.

Location. Lots of shops (restaurant, supermarket, drugstore) within walking distance.

1. The plug point that connected to the iron was quite difficult to reach because of the water filter in front of the plug point. I have to use clothes hanger with several attempts to turn on and off the switch.2. Room cleanliness could be improved

Toilet was clean and got comfortable bed. Cleanliness is good.

Room size is so small for deluxe option. Dont have much space to move. Dont have many amenities.

The location is near to shop lots

There was a cigarette smoke entering our room at late night and it is very disturbing.

It's in the middle of the city. Easy and convenient, restaurants and petrol station really close to the hotel. Strategic place to check in

Everything was perfect except during my stay at the hotel, the blankets have some kind of dirty spots, maybe the blankets have been cleaned, pretty sure it was permanent spots but it kind of leaving bad impression to me. The rest was good.

The cleanliness of the bedroom, could be further improve.

I took Room with 4 bed. IT ok nice.

There no water heater in the Room, no tea or coffee bag, no sugar.

This hotel i just drive frm kedah to jb. Feel tired need to rest for awhile. It just to sleep for rest. It not far from highway

I only like the guess officer during my check in. she explain very well abt the hotel. And she is very kind

I dont agree with the guest officer during my check out. she quite rude and harsh words. I understand she is trying to help a guest for a location but after he left the hotel I just tell her to check me out first because she took the remote control & door card from another guest which come after me. This I am not happy but she reply me that she is talking to the guy that asking for a location Infact when I ask her to check me out first is after that guy left. U can see from the CCTV. thank u ?
