1. Parking space availabilities. Area crowded and always double park.2. Loud music from karaoke. A restful night’s sleep is essential

Location wise is good. Lots of food available in walking distance.

Hot water not working for shower, poor WiFi connection on second floor, can constantly hear sound of water pump running/stopping inside room, wall power socket not working inside room.

Lots of eatery around. Very relax place event the security on the ground floor is very try helpful. The Malay young slim guy at the reception upon our check in is also very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our trip like staying at home ? thank you.

The only problem is toilet paper given only half a roll. And one night when I ask for more they don’t have any so given us tissue paper. Otherwise all is fine.

Only like the location

The cleanliness is horrible. I can’t stand the toilet with full of stained especially I’m traveling and staying in with kid.

Spoilt shower head in most of the room we’ve booked, stain on bed, dirty toilet bowl seat

The bed n room is nice. They do have lift. Bed is clean and evrthing functions well

The hotel was at very densed area. Totally difficult to find a parking. Bathroom has little stain but ideally all is clean

They only give one access card. I get 3rd floor. The water dispenser only available at 2nd floor. To enter each level u need access card. Even just for water. I end up thirsty at night because i just don't want to take the access card from the socket, cut off the electricity, while my friend was enjoying her jacuzzi time.I just don't understand why they don't just provide an access card system at the main entrance of the building. It is easier also if customers come with family n book separate room at different floor. I just hate the access card system at every floor of the building. And it's just a small shoplot hotel. Why overdo the access card system?

parking limited due to near the shop lots. in midnight cannot sleep properly due to some shop do renovation at midnight

Cleanness of the room was up to expectation, water pressure was great, for the price I pay it's totally worth it. Heated, aircond was working, although my room was near to the reception, it's not noisy at all. Don't mention about all the nearby stores which can get decent coffee and buy stuffs.

The only thing was Iin the morning 8am, there's wall hitting sounds like renovation was going on, it was not from the hotel but next door, we can't stop other building doing that but it was too early in the morning.

It’s clean and comfortable

The water come out very slow and took hours to fill up water in the tub. Should change the water pump.

Complete with basic necessities. Near to eateries and pharmacies. Water pressure was not that strong during peak hour, but it was strong during midnight/early morning. Easy and smooth check in/out process. You have to climb few stairs before taking the elevator to level 1 (receptionist). This may not be suitable for wheelchair user.

Limited parking spot. You can clearly hear sound of water in the wall and voices of others from the surrounding.

The room is so clean, bathroom also clean no bad smell at all.. the hotel also near to many shop so convenient. Staff is friendly.

The water pressure is slow, but still okay.. maybe they can improve that.

Only for a night's stay

Only if you really need a place to crash on for a night(at most). We just couldn't wait to check out and the suite-room wasn't even cheap going at RM400-RM500 per night:1) AC wasn't even cooling during daytime. Gave only 1 room card so the card goes off with you upon leaving room.2) Water pressure was close to non existent - comes night time, it will take forever for you to complete a shower. Flushing of toilet was also difficult considering the low pressure. Can't commend for daytime as we were out.3) Stains on shower curtains...and shower holder broke upon lifting the handle4) We had the Honeymoon Suite, but the interior layout could be easily misconstrued as a love hotel instead of honeymoon. If you have small kids or children maybe turn off the AC before they bathe as the whole jacuzzi tub shares an open concept with the room

Lpcation was OK but parking was at times difficult. Coffee making and hot water at reception were useful because kettle connection in room was difficult.

Hot water was only available on 1st day but hardly for the rest of stay, despite complaints to staff. On check out receptionit blamed it on water supply. Power sockets for laptops were also difficult to access and safe was the portable type.

The room was spacious, bed was comfy and big. The bathroom was awesome. We totally enjoyed the huge jacuzzi and shower facility! My kids love the bathroom! There were many eateries right downstairs. A nice breakfast place was open even during CNY period!

Strategic location, convenience for food and drinks. The staff must give a thumbs up.

Parking may have a problem as you still need to pay for parking on Sunday, one thing good , the hotel provide a special staff just to handle this by providing a parking ticket.
