Closeness to the center of the city.

I had to request that someone come and clean the table in the room. The breakfast was the same every day and not very good;

Nearby Wetex Shopping Mall and the Night Market. Nearby CIMB, BSN and MAYBANK.

Elderly NOT Friendly Hotel. Concierge is like a security guard, doesnt do anything or even greet hello. Parking has no lift, imagine elderly parking using stairs. No chair or sofa at the lobby. Its basically a 1950's Hotel concept.

The breakfast didn’t well ,especially the fried rice too salty and i want steam egg and half boil egg the chief and assistant is not around.

I didn't take the breakfast service at the hotel but I saw the arrangement in the breakfast area is quite comfortable for dine-in.The location of the Classic hotel is very comfortable because it is next to a departmental store and there are many of my favorite foods around the hotel area.

When you open the door and step on the ceramic floor, it seems as if there is a cracking sound. The toilet bowl seat pad seems to be cracked because it pinches my tailbone when I sit down to continue my desire.The bathtub looks like it's cracked.If possible, we hope to have book soap available other than liquid soap.

Town centre, easy access

Time for refurbish, stains at carpet, time to change for Bed & mattress, bed legs dah patah/tercabut. Semasa check out, housekeeper told receptionist tht i’ve moved & rejoin the single beds. They didn’t check tht i’ve requested for 2 single beds instead. Bad experience for me..

break fast is afforable n good..kitchen service is very good.

No breakfast required, so am unable to comment. Love the location, a handy shopping centre next door. Very central n walkable to town centre. Lots of local eating options nearby. Good sound insulation n lovely view of river n surrounds. Hotel staff are very polite n helpful, though English not generally their first language. Room was spacious n clean apart from the inevitable mould in the grouting of the shower ( needs to regrouted). Good clean bed n bedding. Would be good if they have spare blankets as we find hotel quilts ( at all hotels) too hot to sleep under despite adjusting the aircon. Other family members experienced the same issue.

The main areas n corridor need some maintenance ( ceilings esp ) n a heavily stained chair outside lift foyer on our floor needs cleaning or replacement.We had no hot water on arrival that night but it was rectified the following morning so we were happy with that.They should provide better quality toilet papers n at least a spare roll. Would appreciate some vacuum cleaning in room for longer staying customers.

Best hotel i always booking while i need travel to Muar.

The only problem is i dont know is because of the hotel didnt maintain well or water leaking reason, the corridor of the hotel look very old and wall looks dirty. Others then that, all of the hotel was good.

Comfortable stay and spacious room. Located in a mall, easy to access food and marts.

The hot shower/sink not working well. Took so much time only to feel luke warm, not hot. As instructed, we opened shower earlier at least 5 minutes but still cold (i opened at least 10 minutes)The indicator red/blue for hot and cold shower also seems wrongly labeled. Water only gets a bit warm when pulled at blue side.

This is my favourite place to stay everytime I visit Muar, room is spacious, parking always available & next to wetex parade shopping mall

The toilets drainage is always a problem, either the sink, bathtub or shower. The channels on tv is very limited. Some lights in the room are not working

The aircond was spot on. The bed the room was ok.

There was some hair stuck on the mirror after room cleaning. Dinding toilet berlumut.

The location is good.

The cleanness is not there. The facilities are very old and dirty. When I shower at night the water has no pressure at all and is very weak.Since I was there with my family, I request for 2 access cards to my room and was being rejected. Reason was the hotel has many guests. That is ridiculous.

The location is good. Amenities are excellent. Parking is ample

The toilet is slightly run down. Not that clean with the shower pipe is splashing everywhere in the tub. The room cleaning is slow which we decided not to allow them to clean ours since we are back to the room by that evening

Housekeeping needs improvement - no towel, no toothbrush & no shampoo (got shower gel, soap, toilet paper, tissue & sanitary bag). Table lamp not working. Card message says to dial ‘00’ for service. But no phone in the rooms.

The bathroom needs attention. Mouldiing needs to be changed. It is very bad and unsightly. A simple task will make the bathroom looks goodA shower curtain will keep the floor dry. It is slippery after a shower

Location is very good and easy to find cozy food around the hotel

Strategic location connected to shopping malls, walking distance, convenience stores along the main road, coffee house, as well as the "Pasar Karat" attraction from Thursday to Saturday. Free parking, covered and secure. Friendly staff. Hotel that considered clean and organised. Laundry bag , toiletries, iron and board, television, and mini refrigerator are provided.

Low water pressure at lower floor, rain shower and pipe sink water heater not working. Iron is provided but not really working.
