The bathroom is clean.

Only 2 plug switch. The table is dusty

Terrible experience !! reservation was confirmed on our side, and canceled on hotel side, without any notification.So at 11PM, very bad surprise, we tried to book another room but it was a different hotel in a different city with the same name (86,77 RM wasted)so we finally managed to get another room in the same Hotel for a higher price : 124 RM instead of 97.70RM.No reimbursement, neither compensation from the Hotel or from booking.com, it is a scandal.

First of all, the room is dirty and full of smell. Toilet is so far so good but the room and bed is dirty, totally cannot sleep well in this hotel, trust me, although it is cheaper but it is totally not worth to check in.

No lift especially for senior citizen like me going up and down 2nd floor using the staircase. Little tired bcoz no lower floor for the booked room.

It's near the main attraction. Walking distance.. Easy and convenient to find restaurants and mall..

It's just at night quite noisy and hard to get sleep for me and my child. And hard to find parking as it was a CNY HOLIDAY

The aircon worked perfectly. The location is good, 5-minute walk away from Stadthuys.

There were a lot of ants in the room and the pillows and bed sheets are not properly washed.

The location is good which is in between of Mahkota Plaza and Jonker street. The room area is small but still enough to place luggages.

The toilet is small, maybe it's the toilet bowl built in the wrong direction.

The location is very nice. The hotel is near 'Pasar Malam' and the 'Pasar Malam' only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Next to the hotel there is a karaoke shop. Close to the laundromat.

Everything just nice but I think you can add the direction of Qibla for Muslim visitors. That's all.

Price is really affordable so I have nothing to complain just that the bed sheet is not clean. Still have hair on bed ? others nothing to complain because this price I already don’t have high expectations but everything were ok.

Bed sheet suspect no change because got hair on it, the desk full of dust. Used 3 pieces of wet tissue to clean it.

The hotel located near the main attractions area. Easy to access. You just can walk to go there. Clean room and bathroom.

Due to near main attraction, i found its hard to find the parking area. Not only that, you have to pay for parking fees. Im stuck in the jammed few hours before I can reach the hotel because of blocking road by hawker.Small room for family but fair enough to sleep. The bathroom a bit small but clean and they prepare towel, soap and drinking water. You can request for iron also.
