Large room

Beds were like rocks, bed bugs. Bathroom towels old. Worst is the single pane glass in the bedroom window. All the noise from the main road comes straight in until late in the evening.

The environment of the lobby is cosy and smells good. The room is clean with a breezy aircond.. Bed n pillows are comfortable to sleep on. Water dispenser is convenient for us to fill our bottles. Staff r very helpful n friendly.Parking is just infront of the hotel. Ample parking available. Lots of restaurants to choose for our meals. There r few convenience stores nearbyHighly recommend.

Room clean and looks new

The aircorn seems like need servicing as not that cold even 16°cThen the room face the road, lots of mat rempit from 10pm, anyway whole night cannot sleep well

Easy parking in front of hotel, safe. Family Mart store is very near for little necessities/ snacks.

Late housekeeping.

Location was great as it was not too far from the city center (hence, less crowded) yet within short walking distance to restaurants and 711, the convenience store which was just next to it. The room was comfy and mattress was great. Generous supply of liquid bath soap/shampoo/conditioner provided in dispensers. Bathroom was very clean and there was a rain shower. Ample free parking space.

we booked the suite for 2 nights. the room was clean and the staff were nice.

unfortunately, the bed was HORRIBLE, the matress was hard you can feel the springs on your body, and each time you move you'll hear the squeaky sound of the springs. I think it is time for the management to change the mattress. it is so bad that we didn't get a good night rest at all. and the balcony door could've been better at insulating the sounds from outside. I dont blame the management for the sounds (mat rempit) but hopefully they can try and insulate it better next time.

The staff very helpful. Hotel room very spacious and comfortable. Worth the money. Have shops nearby which was very helpful.

TV programs could be improved with TV box progs like ASTRO or etc

Poor soundproofing when room facing road, still can hear rempit motorcycle at 1am, maybe can improve

The location, the interior and the price is reasonable.

The parking is limited but thats not a big problem when we can also park at any car park space.

Location was good

The bathroom trap was poorly designed and inadequate. Should have 2 bathroom trap. 1 for the shower area and 1 for the toilet. Whole toilet floor are is wet when one showers.

The location was great, but the the room was not clean, the floor is sticky, the bed is hard as well the noisy is loud form outside. As well the stuff is not friendly (like for real I being super honest here) on the morning I say good morning to her she look at me and look away and ignore lol like…okay conclusion the over stay I give it a 3/10 experience, sorry to say this but I would rather go for other hotel in this area instead….

The location is great, surrounded with shops and restaurant that are easy to go. Other then the location is not good…

Decent room , clean and simple. Furnished with all the toiletries, towel and hair dryer. i love the local coffee that they give complimentary in the room.

The location was good, it was surrounded by f&b restaurant, several convenience store and a coffee house just below the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities are good, well maintained. Love that the TV allow me to watch netflix, fast internet. A bit of a minor inconvenience such as: There was also a door (joint room) which i wasn’t expecting but at least it is locked so thats fine. The safety deposit box was small but staff was kind enough to hold my valuable while I left for conference.

The wall was a bit too thin, I stayed during weekdays so it was quite but towards weekend when people checked in I could hear next door conversations / laugh. The light fixtures/vent makes a sound after a while during shower but fixed when turned off the light.

Worth for the price. Facilities was great. I choose to stay here because they offer extra large + single bed which is suitable for family. With lower price.

Disappointing

The suite was spacious, jacuzzi was superb

The shower jet accessories loose here and there.
