overall everything is ok. but when I went to the check-in desk, the staff was not very friendly. the staff made faces at me and didn't want to be very helpful. when I emphasized to him what I wanted, he followed but with a dissatisfied face. another one,

workers are very insensitive to the surrounding conditions. Why did I say that? because my mother is not strong enough to walk, but the staff gave a far room for my mother to go to the room. The phone line is so bad that there is no coverage. even using

Great hotel! The room was clean & comfortable. My family and i really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Definitely worth it and would come again.

Hotel service standards on staff guest engagements needs improvement; face to face and/ or over the phone. My family have been guest to this establishment for the last 5 years, with a monthly frequency. Recently an odd incident occured where theres a misunderstanding on cash placed as deposit (RM100) and the receipt provided (RM50). Seems the incident is the customers fault since we didnt check the receipt. This is a point of contention since the Hotel consistant practice is to take RM100 deposit.While the amount itself is not the issue, the manner in which the situation was handled was disappointing. We felt that our concerns were dismissed, and the episode was even treated as a point of casual amusement among staff. As long-standing, frequent guests, this left us feeling undervalued and disrespected.We hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the matter internally. Our expectation is that guest interactions, whether face-to-face or over the phone, are conducted with professionalism and courtesy, particularly when long-term loyalty is involved.We provide this feedback not with ill will, but with the hope that service levels can be improved for the benefit of all guests.

I booked for room with balcony , but when arrived it uprage to exec room ,but i still actually want with balcony view.

the hotel is excellent, staff are friendly, its just a bit far from establishment. everything is closed 7pm. it would be better if facilities like swimming pool and gym can be open until 10pm and massage spa will open soon.

Overall, pretty good stay and experience. The bed was a little high but that wasn't too bad.

The outlet plugs in the room weren't working. But I wasn't really in the room long enough to be so bothered by it.

The staff are very friendly and efficient. The cafe ambiance is nicely laid. The arrangement is easy access and spacious. Room was cozy and comfortable. The toilet is very clean.

The access card only for one so if my husband wants to take things at the car and i was asleep the electricity went off. I booked for 5 rooms cost me 2.2k i was given the view of another apartment. So frustrating stay. The breakfast buffet was limited. Food was tasteless. Not worth for my money. The location was secluded and scary. The lobby is not properly lit up. The shampoo and soap smell bad and cheap.

The amenities given with different of choices - provided english tea, camomile tea, green tea lemon, nescafe, equal, creamer and sugar. The bed itself very comfortable and spacious room. The toilet also even nice with all marble make it more exclusive for the stay.

Like most Malaysian properties, we can see that the property is losing quality due to lack of maintenance. We stayed at Ames last year and in one year, we can already see the deterioration in room furniture, windowsill cleanliness and bathroom ceilings already peeling. If this keeps up, we will not be coming back.

Everything was great, except for the beds which were too high for short people like me. Also, my parents have health issues especially with their legs so it was tough for them to climb up the bed and to get into the bath tub.

The hotel was good, staff r very attentive but the Raya decorations are not so grand as 5 star hotel. I’ve checked other festive seasons like Deepavali or CNY the decor r more grandeur compared to Hari Raya. Sadly our Raya photos r not so great compared to Mudzaffar hotel 4 star hotel that we stayed during our Raya 2024. Pls do something about this in future coz I find it very poorly done for a 5 star hotel ??

Aircond leaking in room 518. Floor full of water. Waited for 20 minutes for technician to came. After repair request housekeeping to mop the floor, but no one came. This is our 4th time stay at this hotel and quite disappointed this time

The pillows and mattress were comfy.

- Not much of channels - Breakfast : Not much of varieties. Tastes were bland. - Location : Not strategic as it was facing a rundown commercial area/square. Kinda deep inside the jungle but nearby MITC. - Cleanliness : There was a mould in the bathroom binder, they literally touch up the wallpaper by paint the same colour, some of the furniture can seen broken. Little dusty.

A golfing trip - so location to AkCC and TMGC was as good as it gets. Buffet breakfast has a nice spread.The aircon temp can’t be adjusted. It was too cold. Only the fan speed can be adjusted. We have to switch off the aircond at some point but room gets stuffy. The windows are full of mould. How can a 4-5 star hotel has so much mould on the windows? There were towels but 2 star hotel towels.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is away from the main tourist spot but I really like it as its very quiet and calm.
