Clean, no frills hotel with free onsite parking. Size for a "suite room" with double bed is adequate. Google TV with no free-to-air TV programs. Will come back again.
No breakfast, but this didn't really matter. There is a good dim-sum restaurant within 3 min walk from the hotel.
The room is clean, big, don't smell of cigarettes.
No bottle water, even they prepare the water dispenser near lift, they only provide small cups so we have to back and fort only for having drinks. No tooth brush, luckily we bring them from home. The iron board is so dirty wanna use it first but scared. The lady staff in the morning at the reception table was so unfriendly and cold.

Contact was nil since 12:12pm when I tried to call the hotel after I left. My room was paid by 1 unknown card ending with 7898. paid the amount of Rm109.50. I tried several times to contact hotel but no one pick up.My son checked that it his card was charged on May16th but I need an explanation on the other card ending with 7898.
Convenient location
Room was a lot smaller and also older than what was shown in the picture, no bottled water was provided (although there was a water cooler next to the lift), there was no disposable toiletries except soap and the floor was sticky. One of the socket was also not working.

Customer service was poor, they didn’t even try to make me feel welcome as a guest. The location is not good, to be fair, that’s on me. I didn’t like the hidden costs, like paying security deposit which was not mentioned when I booked.
