Yang paling menarik ialah kawasan dia tak terlalu sibuk selesa bilik kemas sarapan pun sederhana....kemana-mana nak pergi senang sebab semua dekat nak mkn pun nak shopping semua senang ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

Ya ada siaran tv tak brapa bagus sepatutnya ada siaran movie jugak jadi kalau dah penat berjalan leh rehat tonton tv tapi siaran ada sikit poor

Experienced a bad hotel breakfast - rotten milk for breakfast, the cut fruits might no be fresh and all covered with flies. Due to low density, the management serve ala carte all food taste awful. I reported to the crew on duty at cafe but she did not take my complaint and never move up the chain. poor service.

A lot of things to mentioned about.1. When the first time i reached your hotel, your bellman didn't greet me at front area. he only bring the luggage trolley to my car, without any words, just take my luggage and put it on the trolley. And i was like, "you didn't want to greet me or smile at me at all?"2. The room is not clean enough. Very dirty. Cobwebs and dust is everywhere. Walls also too much dirty. Got pencil mark, paint peeling off, and more. Glass window is full with handprints and fingerprints. Oily as well. Please check your toilets also, they hv so much mouldy. Even on the instructions stickers. Really disappointed.3. When first i entered the room, i can smell the "pandan" smell. When i asked to reception, they said it was their room refresher. What is your housekeeping manager thinking? Did you see any hotels using "pandan" smell for hotels? "Pandan" smell is a big no no in rooms.4. The carpets hv musty smell. From the corridors until inside the room. You should do buffing project regularly.4. With such a big hotel, they didn't provide minibar in room. How i can refrigerate my foods and drinks?5.. Another things is, who's idea that installing marble floor at bathroom? You know marble floor is slippery materials? My 4 y/o daughter's head had fall on the floor while taking shower. And my wife is about to fall down as well.6. There still hv more things that i feel like unsatisfied with. As a hotelier and a housekeeper, i feel like your housekeeping is doing a big failure systems and cleanliness. You should sit and discuss or check again about your cleanliness and hospitality.Your hotels hv a very good strategic location. Beside MITC, and surround with government area, you should maintain your hotels.Last but not least, i hope that your higher management can check everything that i mentioned here and hope you guys are back on track.

breakfast 9,30, mostly food finish and late to top up, table not clean, full of unclean plates and glass, dull pillowcases and towels

The room was really bad with a lot of disfunction facilities, with no fridge, wall leaking with mold, the toilet was really bad as it was not properly maintained. Even the sink almost collapsed! The hallway full with leakage on the roof and wall. Housekeeping was not properly done even when we asked for extra towel. Really bad experience!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Concierge and Porter on duty gladly helped to get a wheelchair for my mother and helped bring her to our room. Thanks.

Very quiet as the hotel was relatively not occupied.

Breakfast is very good

The room is smelly (bau hapak), the sinky is leaking, the wooden armchair broken, the lobby and corridor is too dark

The room has a damp smell, the air conditioning is not cold enough, there are not enough towels, housekeeping did not answer my call, the breakfast selection is limited with average taste, and there was no helper to assist with luggage.

Beautiful lobby, Good food, largest prayer room at lobby like mosque. large room, comfortable bed & pillow, large bathroom.

- Feel old, need to renovation. - no refrigerator inside room. - faded carpet and sometimes weird smell carpet. Need to change carpet or just change to tiles. - Flooding bathroom especially during take shower- Shower not strong- stain mattress- not clean some area esp surface of carpet

Breakfast was good spread with congee, lontong, nasi lemak, noodles, egg station and variety of kuih. The room is large and bed is comfortable. The location is great, near to Mydin Mall and easy to even get to the city centre.

The walk in shower however needs to be improved as the water flow lacks the pressure. My tap came off as it was fixed with a tape only.For breakfast, perhaps the bread variety can be improved with more types of bread rather than only the normal slices bread.

Room smelly, Toilet Dirty. Breakfast for sahur very little of variety and so tasteless.Staff duty on that time is no manners. I ask for hot water, he just show me the water dispenser ?. When I say there no hot water there. He just turn on the switch and walk away just like that!!

Spacious room and bathroom. View and the pool. Big hotel. Can nego to check in early, the staff was helpful.

Room not clean. The carpet not properly clean. Bed linen and pillow got faulty smell. Eventhough already asked the worker to change, it's like nothing was change. Low water pressure in the bathroom. Got 1 broken water tap.

No hot water.. Need to open all water tap before hot water coming out.. Pipe leak below sink.

Room 405, The toilet is not as expected. The handle leaking and the water pressure is low. I world consider as defect but since im too tired after along day i didn’t complain this to reception.
