Breakfast was really good, lots of tasty food choices (Congrats to Ames Hotel)

TV not functioning and the cleanliness of the entire room must be improved. The atmosphere is quite scary..

Need to request hair dryer. Pls give details regarding that. I already take my bath n realize the hair dryer isn't there. So inconvenience. The ironing room- no clear Sign or instructions to the room

The iron being in another room. Only one left working and needs service. The hotel will be spooky for solo travellers esp females No security guard so any one can simply go up.

Location wise is easy to find and navigate.

Lack of decoration. Corridors were dark. One of the lift did not function. The lobby isn’t suitable for wheelchair access.

The room was spacious. Breakfast at Ames Hotel was fabulous

The corridor at metra hotel was smelly. Maybe due to bad ventilation maintenance.

Breakfast was good. Variety choices of food from Malay cuisine, Chinese cuisine and Indian cuisine and western. There are also pastries and loaf bread. There are coffee machine and teh tarik machine and lots of juice fruits. I really love the hot bihun soup provided.

The lights in front of my room level 5 was not working. Thus, walking to our room from the lift was quite intimidating. Maybe it broke on the day we arrive. On another note, the prices given on the page have some more additional charges when we confirm booking. The prices shown should include the additional charges as it would be more satisfying.

the location is easy access from the tol

the place a little creepy. u have to ask for sejadah and no iron provided in the room. the iron room is creepy with the toilet is so dirty (i have to take water for ironing). i rarely meet anyone there even its weekend. and the lift is so slow

Location and reasonable rates

Lift for Block C to be properly maintained so that the waiting time can be improved.

There are restaurant and shops below the hotel which was very convenient. The location was good too. Hotel was easy to get to and the view from the hotel window to outside was fantastic

The aircon need to be fix properly as I am unable to switch it off. Plus the creaking of the door hinges need to be oiled. Its noisy when open close the door during the night

Situated far from the city's hustle and bustle, and embraced by a canopy of trees.

The bathroom sink was quite small, the balcony hadn't been cleaned, and the sofa had noticeable dust.

I don't like people knock n directly open the door even we don't respond about cleaning service ..but so far it's good including the breakfast

Location to MITC.

Dirty bedsheet and blanket, very old towels, and must smell. Very minimum options for breakfast.

The room is not clean. The balcony is quite dirty, seems like never been clean-up.

location is away from hussle of city, spacious room compare to the price paid. The room is clean. it got i king size bed n a sofa bed.

Power trip in the middle of the night at 2am and 5.30am. It was so scary when the lights flickers and then there were sparks. The toilet light is so dim that it’s so scary to shower too. Corridors are so quiet that you feel unsafe wondering if you are in the right dimension. You can see a Do not Enter notice on a few apartments doors around you which makes you wonder if it’s incomplete or just… u know what I mean. The earlier Block C had the whole block with no working lifts that day and they expected guest to take escalators up to level 3 and walk the stairs up with luggage so we requested a change of room. The level that was given to me was at level 8 Block A. The level 8 lobby was incomplete with incomplete wirings dangling around. I will never stay here again.

I booked Duplex Room & 1 BR apartment. toilets & rooms are huge. Great location in Ayer Keroh, close to Melaka Botanical Garden near MOTcCafe Lepak Makan Santai & Old Town White Coffee at ground levelOverall it exceeded my expectation

• Upstairs room for Duplex a bit musty smell, have to turn on ventilation fan 24/7 for better air circulation. • Pillow abit thin• Upstairs aircon not so cold, red light blinking but maintenance came fast. • Water heater faulty on day 1. • Breakfast is inclusive but so-so. Better eat outside.
