Check in time was not an issue as they have 24hrs reception staff, basic facilities was available and functional. Good value.

Maybe improve more on the cleanliness of bed linen as there was spots of stains on it. But not an issue as it was only a stain.

Size of the room, parking space is just in front of the hotel & there is Speedmart 99 nearby.

There is no restaurant or food stall nearby. The toilet also need a thorough cleaning. Eventhough this is a budget hotel, the management should consider to improve their mattress & bed linen quality

The walls are thin, not soundproof at all. You can even hear other doors opening and their voices

Location to my venue was near & surrounding area are ok

talk about the pantry area, im not sure are there can be use by Guest or not, because i did go in to the pantry to use the microwave oven, unfortunately the panty very massy & things all over the place with not been clean & properly kept. Again, im not sure it can be use for Guest or not. Suggestion, even though not allow Guest to use the pantry area, it sure been clean, tidy up & makes that area looks good.

parking area are large and convinience,the room at ground floor easy for us .

the bed quiet poor and the blanket have stain ..make me tought that the blanket not change after cust check out.

very clean, the room does not have odour unlike most budget/cheap hotels, staffs are friendly and the parking was easy!

tv only have two channels, and window view is just a back of an alley which is a bit scary for a solo guest

The toilets are clean & dry. Aircond works excellent. Weldone!

I think the pillows & bedsheets is quite old therefore needs some attention.
