906 Riverside Hotel Malacca

the only thing that we like is the location. The rest all sucks!!

Worst hotel that I stay in Melaka with high cost paid. The Parking is NOT provided. We have to paid for it. There is NO WIFI provided too. Room cleanliness is extremely poor. Balcony view is poor. The bathroom cleanliness is extremely poor too. The whole room and building required serious renovation. Everything is disappointing.

Location

Poor lighting in room and bathroom. No area for toiletries, especially for toilet paper. Large room but lack of furniture for any thing. No toilet access in the lobby

They changed the rooms for us

The original rooms were so hot and stuffy that the Aircon didn't work even when cranked up to the max. We had to ask for change.

I love it as the location is very accessible to eateries and alongside the river

We did not manage to get wifi connection at all even in the room, according to hotel staff because of too many guests using the connection which is very disappointing as normally wherever we stay we can get wifi connection

the hotel location were strategic. easy to access to many place, near to jongker walk, river side walk, restaurant, melaka hardrock and batu merah/ tugu pertahanan melaka. you can just park your car and walk to those place. suitable for traveler or family

if you come by car, the parking quite difficult to get. first come serve. no parking reserve

Near the river & convenient to the famous places

The toilet need separate dry and wet area as for seniors maybe dangerous for getting fall down

Air cond is cooling n comfortable. Cool the room quickly

Unchanged bed sheet. Still has human hairs on the bed sheet.

Is convenient to makan places.

If far a bit to night market and i need to drive due to deepavali bazaar.

Location, surrounding, mosque

No 3 in 1 coffee or tea, no kattle got to take hot water from outside room. Very limited TV channel

Disappointing

The toilet is dirty the sheets unclean room the bedsheets a bit dirty.

Location - Ok

Dishonest staff. There was a very large cockerel on the side of the stairs covered with black netting. But the hotel staff told me it was an alarm clock. Hmmm ?

Location is the best

They didn’t provide the soap and other things like shower cap, water bottle.Only provided toothpaste, toothbrush and shampoo

Nothing great to say. Not like at all.

The Room is not clean , Staff are very root and unrespectable behaviour , especially one Chinese lady. the water machine is very dirty . The jug and cups given is extremally bad. Location is terrible traffic situation and difficult to get parking at all . The lift are not working for many hours. Totally waste to select this hotel . Not worth for money at all.

Strategic place already bcoz near anywhere is viral place you want to visit

The staft never smile n talk no mines..maybe because me from indonesia...n inside the toilet put 4 bottle shampoo...all same..and we rent motorbike ..raining..i ask some tissue to wipe ..she said cannot...

i check in round 3am in the morning. then suddenly reception call me 7am morning they said wrong charge my credit card payment. then they charge 2 time my card and first payment they void without under permissions . i feel very unhappy cuz disturb me so early. first time i check in hotel. reception call early morning. very rude. very no professional. i check on with someone i think no staff there. i asking bout payment and surcharges. but that guy Dont know bout this. how come? basic job scop reception u dont know? so bad

The room was big & comfortable..very near to Jonker Walk & easy to get food..
