Kings Green Hotel City Centre Melaka

The breakfast was great with ample of choices, and I like that all types of toiletries are available.

The room was very small. Internet connection was super slow I could barely use it. The swimming pool was okay but I wish they could fix the umbrella soon because it was so hot.

the cleanliness of this hotel which makes me comeback :)

Due to less guests for breakfast since it was a weekday, they service ala-carte instead buffet breakfast, however ala-carte was still good.

there wasn’t any breakfast as understand was covid restrictions .. the gym hav to be booked via phone/receptionist to use it ..

Disappointed

The cleanliness of the hotel is just appalling. Overall, the room is poorly cleaned and maintained. The receptionist has poor attitude and the reception was left unmanned at night. The room key was not functioning at night and we had to seek help from the only security guard at the lobby to access our room using the master key.

Passable

Receptionist lacks experience.When checked in, was given assurance both rooms are next to each other.but they are not.Taken unnecessary trouble to go down to the reception desk to get it right.

The room so comfortable and clean. staff so polite . nice hotel.

The TV not functioning, technician came but did not provide any solution, TV still not functioning. Only 1 room key provided

At 1st I was curious about the room I booked come along with bathtub or no once I made call the hotel didn't answer it even my messages was not respond I were a bit disappointed at that point where I can't enjoy bathtub facilities

Blackout...the lights went out due to boiling water in the kettle.

The hotel in strategic location

The room should have breakfast as per description but the onsite cafe was closed.. I still havent got any response from hotel or booking.com on the complaint? i checked in twice and yet the hotel management didnt inform us upfront tat the breakfast is not available.. Yet i paid for 2 days with breakfast option

The place is near to town. Easy to access anywhere

The lamp in the room a little bit dim and the pool was under maintenance. A little bit sad cause my nephew can’t play at swimming pool.

1. We weren't happy with the first room as it didn't have a bathtub as shown in photo. Was given another room quickly with bathtub. Thank you! (perhaps to update the differences for the deluxe rooms, misleading).2. Room and bathroom size are bigger and comfortable. (Family of 4 - good size)3. Room amenities great! (need to change the clothing iron and hair dryer, could cause an electrocution, worn out)

(a wine bottle left by previous guest, balcony dusty, lizard droppings near sliding door wall, ants occasionally can be seen in bathroom and room, some lights didn't work, sink plug broken)
