Overall, my stay was uncomfortable and below expectations.

There was a bad smell in the room, the bed was too low and uncomfortable to sleep on, and the soundproofing was very poor. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

Room was good...clean and pool is good.

Overall, the hotel’s location is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. These aspects met our expectations.

We had to wait a long time to check in (almost until 4 pm) because the rooms were not ready. However, they kindly allowed us to stay until 2 pm the next day. The rooms were quite small and cramped for three people (one queen bed and one single bed), with very limited space for our prayer mat. I was expecting a more spacious room, especially since we booked two family rooms for our family’s comfort. The mattresses need to be replaced as they no longer provide proper support and may cause back pain. The pool is more suitable for children than for adults.

Clean reasonable rate. I left my small bag containing green packet (money) nevertheless I managed to get it back after 7 hours check out with the help from young lady front office staff. Keep it up!

A Truly Disappointing StayI booked a three-day stay for a nearby meeting, but from the moment I arrived, it was a complete letdown.Parking was a nightmare—many spots were blocked off for others, making it difficult to find a safe place for my expensive car. Inside, things only got worse. The air conditioning roared like a monster truck, making it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep.The worst part? Bed bugs in the bed. When I reported it to the reception, they were shockingly casual about it. Their only solution was to change my room, but they didn’t even have anyone to assist me. I had to collect both keys and move my belongings myself.A frustrating and disappointing experience—I won’t be returning.please don’t go there !

Breakfast is nice to eat. Prefer a bit more choices and try to separate the beef or more appearance. I like the coffee and the friendly start. Please label the coffee and teh area with better label

As for the room toilet, please ensure all damage items being repair. And, provide the location to hang the clothes as we need the toilet to do clothes change.

Not a pleasant stay and definitely will not book this hotel again.

The family room 6223 is too small , dusty , water blocking at the bathroom , sink is not functioning because the water is too slow. We have paid almost RM400 for the room and it’s not value for our money .

The check in/check out process was easy, a lot of free parking. Great staff on duty.

The iron was located outside, to be shared with all rooms. However, the iron was warm at best. I’m sure the staff would change it promptly if asked, but for people who are in a hurry, the waiting would be a hassle.The aircond wasnt working properly. It shut off after every 3/4mins. Restart again after 20 seconds. I called the technician at night, who came promptly. But the problem persisted throughout the night. When I told the staff at the counter, the reaction seemed like it is a regular problem. I’d be happy to be corrected, but do ask the hotel before booking.

Location A+. Hotel within reach to major locations. Front desk people were courteous and professional.

Hotel room generally clean. But improvement needed on room ventilation and cleanliness on the carpet. Room was stuffy and dusty.

Sitting toilet not comfortable, shampoo& shower gel not properly fill in , small space For solat in the Room .

Location & easy to find

The bathroom fixture & fitting is about time to be upgraded. (Already wear & tear)Most of the Bathroom pipe already rust & with heavy non removal watermark stained. It's reflecting back on your 4 star rating hotel holder.The mattress bed also needs to look into cause the current matt already curve (with hard spring can be felt upon laying down) Believe the item already utilized since back then operating the hotel based on the "Premium brand name of the Fixture & fitting item" used.

Everything is good very convinient . The pool also good and all the staff are friendly . The bed spring was not so good .

I' m asking for non smoking room and I get a smoking room cause I can smell the ciggarete .Under the carpet near the fridge there is a sharp nail / stappler that poke my feet .
