Sojourn Spa Hotel Melaka

The room we had was very comfortable and clean.

There is a fair amount of road noise from traffic that affects rooms closest to the road. When we switched rooms to one further back away from the road it made a big difference.

Quiet place, helpful staff and convenient.

The cleanliness can further improve on dust especially on bedframe, cabinet, flooring corner and stained on toilet bowl as well as the bath tub.

Clean room, great service, and good location. Worth the price.

No light at the dressing table area, so it is hard to see clearly in the mirror.

Location was fair. Not within walking distance of the old town. But Grab (like Uber) was excellent! Came quickly and only cost a dollar or less to get into town. The shower doors did not surround the shower, so water got all over. Lighting was fair. Difficult to put on makeup.

The staff service is very nice and helpful, and the price is reasonable. The mattress is super comfortable but the size is too small, if the size is standard I think is perfect ???

The price is affordable! The best hotel i ever stayed. They served welcome drink. Our room is so spacious! The hallway, room smell so please. With lemongrass scent. The bathtub quite big. I loveeee their shampoo, shower gel & conditioner. Smell so nice! Everything is beyond my expectation! Recommend for honeymoon hehe

i love because at the time i was there it wasn't crowded with people and nice for relaxing chill.people there was so nice.. i feel welcome and this was my me and my friend first trip together alhamduliha it went well. people at the reception area was really nice i love you guys fr? my fav shoot this little spot

the parking location but when i was there thank god they got 1 spot free in front lobby, we park there.. and the room is not soundproof. also the dust just hmm kinda sad...? and the lights... Please add clear one cuz hard for us girls to makeup ???

The healthy food, the spa and the bath tub.

When I came there was renovation so it was quite noisy.

Quite a Comfy experience but I just sleep and rest didn’t use its utilities

A bit old and I am a bit picky about the cleanliness so i didn’t dare to use the bath tub. Not soundproof

Rooms were clean and the general atmosphere of the hotel was calm. Would love to try the spa on our next visit.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was cozy. There was no unpleasant smell—just a pleasant lemongrass fragrance.

the soundproofing wasn’t good — I could constantly hear people walking and talking outside.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Super super clean, tidy, fresh smell. Very quiet and peace place to relax. Enormous room, i was upgraded by Booking.com to the Signature King Suite. The cleanliness. The soaking bathtub is really the highlight. Spa grade amenities.

The location is not too convenient as it at the main road. Parking at the front desk is rather limited. Behind parking also not properly parked.

The lift is at the end & rather isolated.

The hotel was clean. Fridge, hairdryer, coffee machine were available in the room. With the price point is totally worth it.

The spring bed is quite old and outworn already. I hope management can made changes about this part and make the hotel experience become excellent rather than good.

Very nice aroma all over. Tub is clean and they provide sea salt, bath bomb available for purchase

The pool is small and only operates after 7pm

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and smells like a spa. The staff are helpful, and the spa tub is a great touch for relaxation.

Parking is at the back of the hotel and requires a short walk to the lift, which isn’t ideal if you have a lot to carry. It’s also quite dark at night and may feel unsafe if you’re alone.

The bath tub is the highlight of this hotel. Ambience, the smell, the toiletries is spa grade . Love the lemongrass scent. Coffee machine in room. Spa is available but have to book earlier.

Cleanliness can be improved. A bit dusty floor and got stain on my pillow.
