Great room - we booked the Family Room that had a King + 2 singles nicely separated all in the same room with enough space around it.
Their payment system is archaic and insecure by modern day standards. First on arrival you couldn't "tap" with a credit card or debit card to leave a room deposit (that does still happen at some hotels) so needed a physical card, but said if it was a debit card, it would take 1 month to get it refunded! They were unsure whether a Visa Debit was a "debit" by this definition so that forced me not to use my visa debit travel card and expose a credit card number I didn't want to use. Finally when it came to pay the bill at the end I could not tap then either (despite being able to tap for everything in even small shops) and had to provide a physical card again - this time the reasoning was so that "we can record the card number in our system, so the last 4 digits appear on your bill". This is truly archaic and insecure. Was extremely disappointed and would not stay there again because of this (despite it otherwise being a decent place for the price).They really need to modernise their payment systems.

The partition of the room that we took last time, can be changed or removed, so that the room will be bigger. They should provide the parking for the customers. Improve the breakfast by adding croissants, adding coffee machine that can make different types of coffee

Great location, friendly staff, and good buffet options. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot and had very good pressure. The rooms were insulated so you could not hear noise from outside and they offered and indoor pool. Staff really went out of their way, even packed us a take away breakfast at checkout because we had to leave so early. We would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like the breakfast....my booking is for 2 adult and 1 child..it have to complimentary at least 1 kid...they should make the breakfast with kid...not to pay rm 20...kids is eat less...why should pay...I'm not satisfied with breakfast...I pay included with my kid...but have to pay more...
The room that i booking is very big and clean. I really like the breakfast i stay for 3 day. The 1st day chicken rendang, 2nd day chicken curry.
Customer Service are prompt
The original room that was allocated to us, aircon not working, wifi signal very weak. Maintenance team take a look and have us change our room. In the new room, phone is not working and maintenance got a replace phone for us from the original room. Phone rang once in the middle of the nite and itstartled us. It does not stop ringing even after i pick up the call and i have to remove the phone cable. Quite disappointed.
