A heritage tax will be applicable to stays in the state of Melaka, payable directly to the property. br/ A security deposit of MYR 100 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. br/ An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking. br/ Check-in after 10:00 PM will be subject to an additional charge of MYR 10 per hour. br/ Check-in is between 02:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made. br/ Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge. br/ Luggage storage service is available before 02:00 PM. br/ Malaysian Muslim couples must provide marriage certificate upon check-in.​ br/ The minimum age required to check in is 18 years. br/ The property does not accept credit cards. All miscellaneous charges must be settled by cash. br/ There are parking lots for the public located along the street. Parking coupons can also be purchased from the property. Please note that parking on the yellow line or at the motorcycle lots is illegal. brParking coupon is required on: brMonday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 06:00 PMbrSaturday and Sunday: FreebrGuests can search for parking lots near Casa Del Rio Hotel or Cheng Hoon Teng Temple with a rate of approximately MYR 6 per entry. A damage deposit of MYR 50.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by cash. You should be reimbursed on checkout via cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
