The hotel is situated in the heart of the Jonker Walk area of Malacca. It is very much a boutique style hotel. Each room is unique and detailed in its decoration. Staff was professional and helpful, and the property was clean.

If you are from North America, be ready for a room that is smaller than what you are used to. This is Southeast Asia afterall, and the room will be sized accordingly.

Location was fantastic, right in the heart of Jonker Street where the night market was and easily accessible. Staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. Rooms are clean and not old. FOC breakfast came as a little surprise:)

The queen bed a little small for 2 pax though comfortable to sleep on.

This boutique hotel’s location was excellent. The hotel is comfortable and very clean.

It’s in the center

Had a room with no outside view/window. It’s was much smaller then expected from the picture. The maintenance is questionable, things starts falling apart, the shower is very small.

The aircon need some adjustment. Need hand towels and shampoo.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were uniquely decorated, modern and clean. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus and conveniently located next to the lobby.

Best location especially when we have elderly in our group. It's literally in the middle of Jonker Street therefore convenient to just go back to hotel for rest after shopping or walking along Jonker Street.

Love the location. Excellent foot massage right across the hotel. Just a short walk to the parking spot. You are in the heart of the shopping area but away enough from the noise at night. The staff are wonderful. Very helpful and so cheerful. The rooms are themed and beautiful. Each room has a coffee maker, which I truly appreciateHotel s clean. They have a balcony for common use at the 3rd floor . Great to relax there before calling it a night. The kitchen for breakfast is comfy and there is pretty decor around . Overall it is perfect for a short stay . Can improve on providing more tables and chairs in the balcony area together with a fan. And provide an ice maker that guests can excess.

The location to the only thing to appreciate

The room is not wellMaintained, smell bad and not clean at all.Small and tight.

The location is exceptional and the rooms are really quiet too. We had room 202 and 206 - the later was huge! Very clean and aircon worked well

Floor was not very clean. NO mop. Very oily.

Location is the best. 5-10 min walk to all tourist attractions. Staff was friendly. They offer the free breakfast.

One of our rooms was not so clean. Air con of the other one was not good but they changed the room for us during the night. Rooms were quite small. The hotel is near the night walking street, so rooms in front of the hotel were noisy as sound from outside.

Good location nice aircon reception every time come back from outside.

Water next toilet was leaking from somewhere

Located at alley.Strategic location within walking distance to restaurant, river,redhouse,. Nearby a lot choices of local food, coffee shop and to Jongket.

Parking hard to find when night time but is near to hotel.RM6 per entry of carpark.Lift spoil on that day . Staff offer to bring luggage if you have any.Window spoil cannot opened.

Our group of 8 rooms enjoyed our stay very much. Each room is nicely decorated with theme. Very unique setting which makes us enjoyed each setup. Hotel facilitoes and room are exceptionally clean. Thoughtful items in room for use of guest is very much appreciated such as, toothbrushes, shower cap, face cloth, haor dryer, bedroom slipper and clean fluffy towels. Very responsive staff, Sunil and Vixtoria and another which O cant recall her name, kudos for taking up the initiatives to help and address our concerns pre and during our stay. Will recommend and be back for it superb location. Hotel could have offered more variety for breakfast. Coffee to be better than just 3in1 Nescafe please.
