Not clean at all. Torn towel ws served to guests . Tel. In room not working. Spiderwebs here n thr. Stain on the comforter. Monkeys around on day time climbing on the car n not safety fr children. Bee in the morning room.

The room is separated from the business area, leading to a quiet stay over the night.

There's no chair in the room, inconvenient for me as a salesperson, needed to work at night replying emails etc.

this hotel is apartment type with a small swimming pool..ok..is good. very near to the town centre..got a lot of Chinese restaurant ,this is my 7th / 8th time to book this hotel. I love it...coming back on 31/05..see you again..

The staff so helpful & polite. The price is affordable

1. The toilet : the toilet can probably be cleaned more because there are mosses that can actually be removed with a cleaning spray or a little scrubbing.2. Pillow : I got a very smelly pillow. like the smell of musty head. I looked into the pillow case and it was clear that there were many spots of old smelly dirt.

Dirty, bugs in the wall, mosquitoes in the room, hairs in the bed, sand in the floor. I charged my phone over night in the room, I left in the morning, never open my luggage till home, open my luggage, charger not found, call hotel in the evening, the staff says no one found anything …

Friendly staff

Yellowish used cotton bud right beside kettle，smelly and over thin pillow like been used it for many years. Mould is more likely to grow in recessed areas where ventilation is poor and humidity tends to accumulate, open windows to get rid of mould.

Got parking. The location strategic.

Dirty toilet. No chair for sitting in the room. The phone disconnected from the main plug so I have to plug it by myself. No tea and coffee given in the room. I REQUESTED EXTRA PILLOW BECAUSE THERE'S ONLY ONE PILLOW PER PERSON GIVEN! BUT I HAVE TO TAKE BY MY OWN FROM THE RECEPTIONIST COUNTER. The price of this hotel not suitable for the things I got

The room was clean and spacious.. got the room with the view of the pool... it was nice...

There wasn't a room with a queen bed option.. not sure whether it was fully booked or all the rooms only have twin beds..

- inconvenient from reception to the lift. Might be troublesome for those have babies and senior citizens - first room with warm air cond and low pressure of shower. That changed me to other room- very very very poor of security and safety (actually they don't even have any security guard). They simply allowed outsider to my room without informing me first, just mentioned the room no and outsider is allowed to the room.

Room are clean. Toilet also clean. Toiletries were given everyday. Parking provided. Easy access to shop & restaurants. Room rates was cheap & got swimming pool.

The wall skirting in our room seems old & some already broken. TV in our room only have 3 channel & 1 channel keep on disconnected. The were smell of cat poop at the swimming pool area..We saw 1 cat wandering around the area.

It's close to the terminal and location was nice since there were convenience stores and restaurants close-by

Good location. Got parking.

Light is too dim. Need to pay deposit on counter by cash. Not that convenient on that.

Kids love the pool. Really kids friendly. Bathroom clean & tidy. Birds is everywhere. Value for money. Will come back.

No breakfast. Hopefully management consider to re open the f&b section.
