Lks Hotel

Its located near melaka little india street.

The room was poorly maintained. The bed was passable. The shower and aircond was so terrible. The other rooms also having the same problem as i saw another guest complaining about it also. So the same price i would have gotten a even better option bt sadly i was deceived by the pictures they have on this app. Definately wont be the same as describes or shown.

Location of the hotel

air-conditioning mulfunction, had to change room. inside room gt cockroaches, bedsheet and pillow smell cockroches

The reception uncle was nice. Room was spacious. Overall was good if you want to waste your money here.

Dusty floor. Muddy water. Dirty toilet bowl. We stay in exquisite room with bath tub, but there is a big hole in the tub. We can't even enjoy a good soak because we cannot fill up the tub. Lesson to other customer. Don't waste money in exquisite room.

place not dusty well and batroo. not proper clean up but seem the price is very low, i clean then myself

my room has bathtub

no jug kettle for boiling water. they provided it but located at the lobby. you have to go downstairs to get the hot water. the fridge was not clean and smelled.

Big food court next door

Noise from the life performance at the food court. If your room is next to it

We enjoyed the morning breakfast at the roof top although we bought it by our own.

Singing occassion at the nearby foodcourt until late night has disrupted guest sleeping time

terrible

1) stinky bedsheets. 2) housekeeping not done properly. I found a pant of previous customer in my room. 3) WIFI connection was useless. not functioning at all. furthermore, connection of phone also lost when im in room. ( room 505 ) 4) the hotel cannot provide me a soft copy receipt thru email. 5) its overprice since the hotel was bad in everything.

easy parking

hotel okay la. parking pun senang. . But Next to this hotel ada open food court. ada live performance sampai midnight. its so loud. Kalau best takpa la juga, ni boleh mendatangkan kemurungan.. ah githeww

Hotel is gud to stay the room is ok

The manager behavior so bad and so rude. When i enter the room i have problems in toilet water was stuck like tat then i cal ask them to change room. Suppose they have to do tat b4 customer enter. But they do tat after cust check in...

Overall is a good stay

There is no floor towel to wipe the wet from the bathroom. So the room floor will be all wet everytime using the bathroom. Cant use the sink because its clogged.

The staff are good, near to the chinese foodcourt.

The executive suites is not clean, dust everywhere. The services include daily housekeeping but they don't do that . No hairdryer provided.

Abit difficult to find breakfast around there

Very convenience! Food court just next door. Walking distance to jonker walk. Staff very cute & friendly. Had a nice chat with the staff!

The location is good, near to tourist attractions such as Jonker Walk n beside the hotel there's food court which you have to worry about food. The staff is friendly n willingly to help

It is close to Bandar Hilir. So I can leave my car at the hotel and just walk to Bandar Hilir.

Entrance signage to the hotel. If you missed the junction, then you have to drive through a traffic jam just to get back to the entrance (because of the one-way system). I was using Google Maps and it gave instructions to drive via the food court's entrance (next to LKS Hotel). In reality, you can't get to the hotel (by car) via this entrance.

Friendly staff

no kettle to boil water...have to go to ground floor(pantry) just to have a cup of hot coffee.

Bed is comfortable

Last stay in same price get corner room with two sides window at 3rd floor, but this time hope will get same room but didn't.

Staff very friendly and helpfull

Facility a bit old..but overall is good
