the downstairs lobby toilet sign should face the other way ....

I like Shell petrol kiosk which is nearby and some chinese restaurants. Apposite the hotel is the walking distance to food court.

Poor internet connection.

Clean hotel and housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly.Good location.

Room not sound proof.Very noisy. Can't sleep as could hear people talking in their rooms and corridor.

Nothing. I see a lot of people complaining it has no windows despite it stating in the booking that you are getting a windowless room. The windowless room is not a problem for our short stay

The environment of the hotel is very clean. I will definitely return to stay when I come to Melaka.

Customer Service during check out is not good. Staff are busy looking at the phone when the guest is in front of the counter without saying anything and only ask for our signature.

Had some issue with the initial room that they given to us, but after speaking to their reception, they changed our room to solve the issue we had. very helpful

the first initial room they said there is window views , but the view is not as expected, but after changing the room it was good

Good experience.

When we first checked in, the toilet roll was less than half left though we could request from housekeeping. The TV channels were not clear. Could have been better if there was shower curtain. There is no fridge.

Most important is the room is not a smoking room. There is no trails of smoking. I have stayed here few times and will continue to book this hotel in the future. The driving distance to eatery shops is also near.

Staff are friendly. Quiet. Many food choices nearby. Private parking.

Air-conditioner could be better in cooling the room faster during the daytime.

Thanks to the staff of this aurora hotel.. love the location. nearby to the Sikh temple its just a walking distance n its useful to stay this hotel.. location is the best. if have swimming pool is more better...just joking ya thanks u all . really make my stay peaceful
