Clean , friendly people

Our apartments were on the ground floor- we heard every sound from everywhere , stuff , arriving guests at the reception , morning breakfast preparation….Smell from the drains.Breakfast

Location. Nice big, clean room. Working ac.

The staff seemed indifferent. I had a bag to bring and no one opened the door for me. Also, I asked for a wake up call and did not receive it. The room I had was carpeted. Ew.

The people were lovely. The room we switched to was excellent, overlooking the river. The place was beautiful: wooden floors, furniture, artwork was nice.

Breakfast was average

Great location and atmosphere, they even decorated really well for Halloween.

Depending on room location, lobby music can be heard which is not turned off until 2230 / 10:30pm. Also only 1 key is provided which just requires better coordination amongst group members. The bathroom doors are a little awkward due to the direction they swing in which gives priority to the shower instead of the toilet, but these are incredibly minor things of note.

Room was awesome, staff did a wonderful job in doing decoration and they were helpful in communicating back to me with the updates.

Breakfast options can be improved. Not much choices. No bell boy to assist with luggage to our room and to our vehicle. This can be improved.

A lovely boutique style hotel in the heart of Melaka with parking facilities. The hotel has comfortable & quiet ensuite rooms & is only a few minutes walk from Jonker Street & 10 to 15 walk from most of Melaka's historical sights. We have stayed here on numerous occasions & will be back again on our next visit to this the city.

Love the place, love the deco, cozy

there's no window in the room, so the lights in the room had to be left on from the moment we entered the room

Beautiful hotel. Our room was comfortable, softer than normal for Asia bed, good Netflix (rainy night) great shower. No view as we were on the main floor, but steps from the restaurant which is right on the canal. 5 min walk to canal side food, river cruise and many shops.

It was perfect.

I love the room its very nice and clean..i would love to go back there if i go back to melaka.the view from my room also nice

The location is the Best!

1. The carpet in the room is smell old 2. The essential oil that was burned at the lobby is not pleasant, it smell like using cheap essential oil.

The lobby was gorgeous. Real orchid will be better.

There was a stain on the bedsheet. The cleanliness could be improved.

Moldy smell in room and dont even have local tv channels

Location is excellent and walking distance to Jonker St and River walks.

Carpark is extremely tight and difficult to get out especially when it’s full.

Good central location, nicely decorated hotel.

The price for a Superior King Room with a view of someone’s kitchen door.

Decoration is nice, room is big with bath tub. Good location, walking distance to jonker. Only dissatisfied with blood stain on bed sheet

Very large rooms and beds. All very clean and comfortable. Left a pair of headphones and they arranged to send these to the next hotel in our trip.
