Seri Costa Hotel

Location

Good location,in town center.

Check in at 1500hrs,room is not ready.

Breakfast: Fair, Location: very good

Free Parking

Maybe the bed and the view at least

The toilet is not clean, you can see clearly that in shower at least 2 weeks didn't clean. the mud white spot is gathering in the corner of shower.the breakfast not good, not that much choice and not worth on the price

Very good

No laundry bag and toiletries (e.g teeth brush) and the tv quite small for such a spacious room.

The toilet is very slippery and the toilet door is hard to pull! .. The bed sheet made my skin itchy after sleeping!

The room was a decent size and the internet was reliable. We stayed 3 days, and on day 1 they had a wonderful buffet breakfast. On days 2 and 3 it was just a set menu, was still tasty though.

On turning up at the hotel, after a long day of travel, we were told that they have a policy that you need a cash deposit. We had just arrived, so we did not have the local currency. We were forced to go and try to find an ATM before we could check in. The woman on reception was rather unhelpful, and upon return, did not inform us about wifi or breakfast details, just handed me the key. Maybe she was having a bad 3 days :-) All the other staff were friendly and helpful.

price reasonable...my room is 229 the aircon leaking

thats no fridge, the shower should have shower curtain so that the water is not spash out....after all its good..

Stinky smell coming out from bathroom after flushed, water pressure is too low to bath, bedroom is dusty

Stinky smell coming out from bathroom after flushed, water pressure is too low to bath, bedroom is dusty

Location-walking distance to Dataran PahlawanWorth for the price, comfortable

Cleanliness. Carpet seems like hasn’t been vacuumed, bathroom floor and wall dirty with mould, there’s lizard poop in the kettle, and found 3 big cochroaches.

The location is very convenient because near city centre and many restaurants.

The toilet door looks very old and difficult to lock. The tiles should be polished a bit. Inconvenience for parking especially during the weekend. I suggest the hotel should compensate the parking fee for the hotel guests.

Location of the hotel, the Malacca Weekend Uptown is just across the road.

Staff could be more approachable and proactive by giving a little run thru of the types of rooms available for customers to choose even though the customer has already booked a room via the hotel reservation apps.We understand that we came during the peak period of CNY weekend but again we are still one of the new customers that could be a regular to the hotel. It was supposed to be our wedding anniversary on the day that we checked in and we're supposed to be celebrating it and enjoy every moment together, but again we were quite disappointed with the experience that we gained.I believed with the amount paid we could get a better hotel stay experience from Seri Costa nearby competitors.

Strategic place, room feel comfortable and clean. Near the city and just walking to the city.. From the hotel we can see the beautiful view of taming sari.

But my room the tv not functioning

Room was good & comfortable for me & husband. Toilet occupied with bidet as for muslim bidet in the toilet is a must. So far everything ok. Already repeated my stay for 2nd time.

Parking space is open for public. Therefore limited parking space for hotel guest. Need to find the parking far away from hotel if arrived late for check in. Really disappointed with this.

The room was nice and clean, the space suit my family members and there are basic needs in the room (prayer mat, iron, water boiler and hair dryer).

The toilet door.

Buffet...everyday got mee goreng...nx time do like this one day mee goreng, one day bihun goreng, one day kuewtiow goreng....

The bed and pillow was comfortable, the facilities e.g. iron box and iron board inside room made it convinient.

A no tolerance on Toilet-sticky floor, smell of drain trap Sanitary kit mainly toothbrush and toothpaste not provided yet in other hotel commonly provided.Ants on tv desk and some of furniture.

Excellent staff and location.

Only little problem some reception staff do not speak English at all. They should have English speaking staff for foreigners. Other than that everything is ?? Excellent

my kid like this type of room very much with the bath tab, good bed at all and the view was attractive

its is my last minutes deal,,so i got them at the best price, other wise my room was under expect because the bathtub fill with dust, my husband need to wash them first.

Wider space room

Waiting to long time for check in…booking 3 room its state 3pm can check in, but we wait until 4pm++ to check in our room, app price different ,didnt not mention price excluded gst
