The staff was friendly and polite. This hotel have refrigerator but had to share, have water dispenser which brands cuckoo or coway I'm not remember.

The room smelly and the toilet also smelly for family room. The blanket also look dirty. I know it's budge hotel but I pay for these room so need to do cleanness before customer arrive. But it's OK my family only stay for 1night to take a rest before going back home. My recommend if have low budget can try these hotel but if had enough bajet can try another hotel.

Location is nice. A lot of parking space. I can smell pest on bed. On the sejadah also. I can smell urine in the toilet. the water supply was working good. Aircond is also cold. Can stay here if u want to save money but as I say earlier.. If u don't really mind then it's okay. Don't know if all room feel this way.

Bed sheets got stain, dust everywhere and the worst part is found cockroach in the room.

I found it was easy to find, also the location was strategic for outsider. The room fit for two people, maybe thats my fault because i wrote down book for 2 people but actually i brought my toddler. The pillowcase and blanket was comfortable. i like it soft.

didnt meant to offend your place, but maybe can upgrade the water heater cause it is not functioning as well. also maybe can add on pillow from 2 to 4??‍♂️ i like the blanket type but i think you should put the larger one at bed. thats all from me

First and last stay in this GOD DAMN hotel

The toilet sink leaked. The toilet flush does not flush well. The air cond is spoilt. Lots of mites on bed which caused RASHES. No kettle or refrigerator in room as advertised. Backdoor of hotel is open. No safety. Kids played along corridor at night. Very noisy

It is spacious room and suitable for adult of four. I like the fact that it provides unlimited coway water (because I am a lazy person to boil the water) and it is clean.

Because once again I am a lazy person, it doesn’t provide lift. So yeah, you have to climb the stairs to heaven. But, if you sing, that climbing will not be that long. Just a blink of eyes. My two cents, if you come with family, request ground floor room instead of climbing the stairs to heaven.

I have to cancel my booking last minute due to the staff giving my room to the other and want to give 2 queen rooms.

perfect location for bandar hilir visit. just walking distance to everything, a number of shopping complex, 7e, restaurant, attractions, dataran pahlawan, menara taming sari, museums, jonker walk, and many more. staf very fiendly

pay parking, room not clean with many defects, got ants and cockroach on the floor , pillow to thick, a bit noisy at night. small water leak from ceiling.

not worth it

i lefted my tripod in quite big long box. when i ask the counter, they said they cannot help me, and the stuff was not founded by anyone.Too ridicilious and not logic. i dont want to come here anymore. Not so good wth the interior and not clean enough coz got lipas also. 2 out of 10

The toilet. So far the worst hotel toilet in my life history (sorry but gotta tell & show for review purposes. also, heater doesn’t work & plug point doesn’t work! (heater fine, i will mandi sejuk sejuk but need to ask recep to charged my phone!? & online class using the remaining battery laptop & hoping it will last till the last class) ?
