I really do like the location, everything is walk able from that area. The hotel is well preserved in the historical context as well.

The only thing I dont like was the shower head.

A little bit noise at night

The location is perfect, easy walk to any area, either side of river. Many great cafes and restaurants in area.The premier deluxe room with the balcony is lovely! Spacious and great view to part of the river area. It was quiet. The staff is great! Helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend, especially the premier deluxe with balcony. (Stayed 2 nights in regular room and 5 in premier deluxe).

Location was very strategic, close to the main sights and attractions, as well as my meeting venue. Prices are reasonable. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially Mr. Zul. Close to the airport as well.

Lack of proper parking facilities, which made dropping off and picking up by vehicles challenging. No option for breakfast, but it's not a deal breaker.

The location is superb. A short walk to all the tourist spots at that area. The room was clean and comfy. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They allowed us for a slightly earlier check in. There was also parking spots for us. We loved the aesthetic and decor too

I chose a room that faced out onto the road behind which had a lovely balcony with furniture and views of the river. Lovely quaint hotel in a shophouse. Great location close to Red Square, Jonkers St and the river. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful

Perfect location right next to Jonker Street. The staff were very kind and let us check in early. The property was clean with a charming little seating area that opens up to the sky. Our room was small, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Lovely stay.

A lovely find in the centre of the Asian quarter (old town) reminiscent in places to a Moroccan Riad. Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable bed and pillows. Restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the river. Staff very helpful and we had a parking space for our car.

Not much at all. It's in the centre of a wonderful old town so there's a little bit of noise at night.

Very convenient location, just next to the river and the entrance of the Jonker street. Room was clean, staff was very kind. Beautiful Peranakan style hotel.

Wifi connection in the room was bad, even 4G connectivity was also not great. We got the room of the ground floor, easy to come and go out but has noise from staff's work, water flushing etc. Late check-out fee was quite expensive - RM 50/hour, can be cheaper when they have enough rooms.

The location is excellent and the team that work there are very welcoming.

This hotel has been beautifully renovated. We stayed in the room at the front with the balcony. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the lights over the river at night. The location is great and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Given its location it is quite noisy at night. We expected this though so it didn’t overly concern us.

Perfect location. Very clean. Comfortable bed with good air conditioning. The room was very small, but we knew that. Excellent customer service. Our car broke down on the way to Melaka so we called and explained our situation. After a couple more messages they agreed to change our date at no extra cost, despite the late notice. Perfect customer service. Probably would have been 9/10 but that made it a 10.

Great location right beside Jonker Street. Staff is friendly and helpful. Heritage architecture is kept and there are lightwells that allowed windows for some rooms. Overall a conformable stay.

The room is on the smaller side. The bathroom door is only half length which can be inconvenient. There is slight smell coming from the drain. And remember to turn on the switch for water heater for hot water!
