The room view is astonishing and great. Able to see the river and just the ocean. Located nearby the city center and not so far from few attractions places. Suitable place for family with kids.

mold and fungus formation can be seen on the cabinet / wardrobe in the hotel, causing unpleasant smell which affect the indoor air quality and may cause severe health issue if not being taken into action.

A good variety of breakfast selection. Large room with comfort beddings.

Need to pay additional to visit their skydeck which was not mentioned in the facilities area.

The apartment is clean and spacious. The elevator didn't take long at all. And the staff are friendly and helpful.

The water heater in the apartment didn't seem to work. We came back after swimming and was hoping to take a warm shower but the shower water never got warm. This was the only complain that we have during our stay.

Good value for money. The price was affordable, so overall it was hard to complain. Breakfast was included and the selection was decent.If you don’t mind using Grab every time you go out, this hotel can be a good option for a budget stay.I would also like to mention the elevators, as I had seen several reviews saying they were very slow. That was not my experience at all. There are four elevators serving the guest rooms, and one usually arrived within about 30 seconds. I did not find the elevators stressful or inconvenient during my stay.

Although the hotel is described as being connected to a shopping mall, the mall itself felt almost like a ghost town, with most shops closed. In the evening, dining options were very limited — only a Korean buffet, a local Malaysian restaurant, and KFC were open. None of these places served alcohol.We tried to go to the neighboring Swissôtel for drinks at the sky lounge, but it was closed, possibly due to a lack of guests. Overall, both the residence and the surrounding facilities felt underutilized, despite having the infrastructure in place.When we asked the hotel staff about nearby dinner options, we were advised to go to the mall, which unfortunately led to this disappointing situation. There are very few restaurants within walking distance, and relying on Grab for every outing was not very convenient.For first-time visitors to Melaka, staying in the city center where you can walk to restaurants and attractions would likely be more comfortable.

the room is great! but the waiting time to reach the room due to the lift issue super testing the patience..... the breakfast is so so only, not much of variety. with the price you can get better at other place. the only good from the breakfast is the omelets!

the lift very bad need to wait.. and wait.. and wait... got four lifts but the other two not functioning. the parking for staying customer also full. the pool should be great hence the reason i chose to stay here but very disappointed cause the pool very dirty. when you see the water you can see all sort of things inside like never been cleaned up. the cement/tile is broken inside swimming pool. can be dangerous for kids.

The breakfast are good. Many choices. Maggie goreng very tasty.

We need to wait for about 30 minutes for the lift. Especially during peak hour. And u have no other choice if u have asthma n bring a baby/toddler while ur room is at higher level. Impossoble for me to use stairs...

long waiting time for the lift, the maintenance is very poor especially in the room, all the furniture is so old and with a scratches, lighting in the room and bathroom is poor

The price is reasonable, parking is convenient, and the room is nice and clean.

The air-conditioning in my 22nd-floor room was quite noisy, including the compressor at the balcony, and it was hard to sleep well.

Housekeeping needs to improve.

When checked-in slippers and laundy bag was not provided. Water bottles were not replenished on day 2. Door access card was not working on 3rd day. Remote control was not working in the middle of the night and found out the battery was dead. Bathroom was smelly when not used throughout the day - possible stench from sanitary pipes /water outlets.

The room and breakfast were good, and we had a comfortable stay overall.

The lift service was horrible — we had to wait a very long time each time we needed to use it. Additionally, the parking area on the 7th and 8th floors had a very unpleasant smell, especially near the lift area.

The pool for kids very nice and suitable for my childs. Enjoy the laksa nyonya.. very delicious

The room was very dusty. My child has eczema, so a dusty room is not suitable. It caused his face and body to become very itchy. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room on the second day of my stay. They also didn’t collect the trash for two days. It overflowed and spilled into my room. When I informed the front desk, they told me the housekeeping staff had already gone home. So bad.
