- There was no body at reception for check-in. There was a sign posted that there was no Wi-Fi, even though they advertised on Booking.com that there is free Wi-Fi available with an 8.2 rating for Wi-Fi. I had to call a phone number on the front window and wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive for assistance with check-in. Huge disappointment. I was left crying in frustration. ( I usually don't complain, I just refuse to leave a review, in protest. However, this blatant misrepresentation and fraud could not go unchecked.)
