Location not too bad. Close to number of F&B

The water pump is making continuous noise throughout the stay. Place is a bit noisy.Should try fix the pump.

The room was terrible - Small and things were broken. There is wire running across the room to work the tv because the plug is broken and an alarm that keeps ringing non stop which no one bother to turn it off. The toilet was wet including the table floor everywhere as if someone turn on the hose all around and not bothered to wipe it up. The soap holder was broken so you have to open the shower screen to get your soap. The water flows up to your ankle when showering. Ask to change but was told fully booked! Stayed here previously and really liked the place but now so sad!!

A bit out of town but beautifully furnished with lovely antiques. We are satisfied with our 3 nights stay. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially Rini.? Whatever we requested...hairdryer, more hangers and others, were sent to our room in within minutes. Our room was made up and cleaned daily. Thank you very much for the pleasant service, will come back again☺️

The only unpleasant thing is the connecting restaurant in the hotel which opens from 6.00pm-9.00pm. It will be quite noisy when it is packed with most of the guests moving around taking pictures of the beautiful antiques. But thankfully after 9.00pm all will be quiet again ?

I love the peranakan decorations.It may look creepy to somebut rooms are ok.Wifi is goodFoods easily available

Hotel located in a shop lot type of building, no lift. The area is built in old nyona style, which is cute. Even though there are a lot of cafe, restaurants, bars nearby hotel but you can't hear any noise from outside

The bathroom was small and it takes long time for the water to go away

The location is very ideal, surrounded by many convenience store and restaurants. The peranakan concept is really charming.

We hoped that the room can be better improved before passing us the keys to the room. The shower sliding door was falling apart, the toilet flush took so long to fill up, there was a tissue box without tissues provided, the cabinet door where the mini fridge was stored was faulty, the mini fridge was not cold. Yes, for a cheap we shouldn’t expect too much but we do expect that the basic necessities to be of a good standard.

Our room was open by staff without any permission. Intrusion happen while we were in the room

Worth the money! Very aesthetically pleasing concept. Very comfortable and value for money.

We got lower floor room so the noise from the restaurant quite loud and uncomfortable but not that bad. Wish we could have upper floor room.

the noise:-our room 104 basically located less than 10ft from reception desk...-the inside restaurant also nearby...when you opened you door people having lunch/dinner were on your left...the staff sitting in front of you...huhu huh - our room neighbour waa an active kitchen until 11pm

It was quite disappointed. The toilet was not properly cleaned, especially the toilet bowl cover. The carpet was dusty, which made the room feel unkempt. Additionally, the bottled water supplied in the room was not replaced, and one of the bottles appeared to have been used by a previous guest.To make matters worse, the electricity was cut off at around 7 AM the next morning, and the hotel was unable to fix it, and was told to change rooms. (Seriously, at 7am morning?) This level of service is truly unbelievable. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their standards.

The whole antique vibe was really a nice touch for the place. Well maintained and I really like the room. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back again.

Nothing so far I checked in late at night n checked out early in the morning.

The location is alright.

Stair, climbing stair.Room is small, a Premier King is actually a Queen. I am 5ft3inch, put my hand up my feet touched the end of bed and my hand touch the headboard.No sofa as in its description.The 1st room we were in the toilet full and fall out all the time, they changed us to 2nd room, the toilet water run all nights.When I checked in they refused to give me the invoice after I made payment with my CC, told me they will provide the invoice when I check out. When I checked out, they refused to give me invoice saying that they will send to me through email. Something very fishy, if I am an income tax officer, they will be investigated.

Nice surroundings - lots of places to eat and drink milk tea/coffee nearby.Room was quite small but clean and good value for money. Hotel feels trendy. Rooms have windows onto courtyard or street.

Carpet was wet when we arrived so room smelt musty. Could do with airing out rooms between guests.

Easy to locate the hotel and was in a good locality.Shower was good.Parking was convenient.The eateries surrounding this hotel is worth exploring and the new dessert shop Meet Sweet behind the hotel gets 2 thumbs up.

Housekeeping - there were cigarette buts in the room when we checked in.On second day, had to call reception to clean-up room when we came back in the late afternoon as it was not done up even then.The bathroom floors were rough (non slippery) but made it harder to clean and always had the lingering urine smell when we first checked in. However, they cleaned the floors up with stronger detergent after our complaints.

Bed is comfort. Bathroom is big. Saw a lot of bad comment for WIFI so far we did not face this issue.

Long story. First they gave a room with keycard failed, need to use key to open the door (super tricky way to open too). then aircond not cold at all. So change room at 11pm. The new room - no bathroom mat & no toilet roll. =.= TV spoiled.
