The staff were lovely! Everyone from the door staff to the restaurant and bar and pool staff! They couldn?t be more helpful!

I was delighted by this property. Spacious and clean rooms, modern throughout, excellent gym, good service. I had no issues whatsoever and would definitely enjoy staying there again.The only one comment I have is that I had a mixed experience at the ground floor hotel restaurant. I ordered off their menu in the restaurant twice: the first time the food was excellent, the second time it was just "meh". To be fair I ordered an Indian lamb dish and I think they don't serve that very often.

The swimming pool area was nice and clean.

Was unable to provide firm pillows.

The location is within the tourist spots, within the city centre, a very strategic hotel with lots of access to food and walkaround.

Everything still ok, just that the hotel never provide moisturizer

The bathroom tiles can be very slippery if there is water. Need to make sure dry all the times.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Dusit Princess Melaka. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely helpful, warm, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made resting after a long day an absolute pleasure. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, and it really shows.The breakfast was superb — a great variety, fresh, well-presented, and absolutely delicious. It was one of the highlights of our stay and definitely exceeded expectations.Overall, Dusit Princess Melaka delivers excellent service, top-notch cleanliness, and a fantastic dining experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again.

New clean large room. Well appointed

The breakfast was terrible and not worth the money. Step outside to the coffee shop out of the hotel. The so called valet service at rm35 was an absolute rip off. They charge me for them to drive to the opposite side of the street. And when I was leaving I had to go and pick it up myself. Better park inside the hotel. FOC for guest

I cut my toe in the bathroom pretty badly . The level of tiles in the bathroom is lower than in the hallway . I smacked my toe there. It's my fault, but it should have a warning sign somewhere there

Great stay at Dusit Princess Hotel Melaka! Eventhough its a quite old building, but the new makeover after rebranding was superb!... Comfortable room, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Melaka.

Everything about the hotel clean, staff, room.

The cleanliness of the room, the responsiveness of the staffs and the ease of checking in/out.

The food varieties for the breakfast buffet isn't great, there should be more cuisines to cater to different ethnic groups.

It is located near the tourist attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. View from the window was beautiful. Staff is nice. Breakfast has good variety.

Nothing.Suggestion: There is a tissue box in the bathroom, there should be one in the bedroom as well.

Location was ideal.

1. Breakfast range was wide but taste of food was poor. Should focus on improving on quality of food.2. Room maintenance could be better. I was only staying for one night and during check out, I did report to front desk that plaster ceiling in the toilet was chipping from above the wash basin and falling on the towels and my toiletries.

Staffs are very polite and location is very strategic. Love the swimming pool and is equiped with bath room with shower gel and shampoo provided. The shuttle van to Jonker street was very convenient on Friday night.

However, can have improvement on breakfast. We stayed 2 nights, and both breakfast with identical spreads. Can offer changes in hot dishes.

I like the hotel, very cosy, beautiful and situated right in the middle of melaka - a nice walk to jonker street

If you have a big car - i recommend not parking upstairs as the hotel doesn’t have a valet and even though parking at the hotel building is validated - going up the parking is not worth it Butt there is a parking right infront of the hotel - open parking space which is more convenient

Absolutely amazing breakfast!! Really impressive selection. The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating, provided lots of useful recommendations for things to do, places to eat at etc

The immediate surroundings are not very interesting, but the hotel is approx 15 min walk to the Dutch square (doable, though it feels much longer because of the heat)
