Swan Garden Hotel Melaka

It's time to change all towels, old and smelly. Don't just give half roll of toilet paper, or should at lease spare one as there is no room service available. Toilet not properly clean up.

Air conditioning is good.

It has a burst pipe on the day that we arrived. No hot water supply for a couple of hours.

Room clean and staff friendly.

1) Need to park car at public pay lot. 2) Swimming pool and gym cross the road at another building.

Good location, easy parking but pay to Majlis by TNG or free parking at next building. Near with cafe n restaurant.

The bathroom should be attend more. The floor n wall is dirty. No slippers supplied so its really disgusting have to step on the floor. Others is good. So please pay more attention to this.

Buffet breakfast and friendly, helpful staff

On the first day there were some maintenance issues (blocked, stinky drains of both shower and sink) which were rectified straight away.

Great location, overall clean and tidy

Window soundproofing very bad! The motorcycles racing at outside during midnight! If you are a light sleeper, please consider it!

1. Breakfast is rather too simple with RM40 chargeable into the room.2. There is no face tower and hand tower in the room. No tissue paper on the working table as well.

Hotel run down, pillow dont too thin. Linen old , no iron, yellow stain. Balcony not clean at all. No security, not a proper 4 star hotel just fullfill motac requirement become 4 star. Dont have 4 star hotel service at all.

Before our check in time I received a watsapp msg from Michelle and through our watsapp, she upgraded us to the connecting premium king and twin bed room. She's very courteous and nice and welcomed us smilingly upon our check-in..had a very pleasant stay at the hotel

Proximity to eatery and restaurants

Noisy at night due to Mat Rempit, poor breakfast slections and the hotel charges for extra mineral water.

Location and staff is good.

Room and everything are decent enough. The downside which is beyond the control of the hotel management is the traffic noise from outside as they were (I believe) doing illegal racing and thus generated loud noise during the night

Location suits me as it is only 6 minutes drive to town. EV chargers available in front of hotel (DC and AC) which is convenient for EV users like me (pay to use). Few doors away is Scent and Senses, a massage spa. Eating places within walking distance. Will be back in August.

Shower curtain could be longer to prevent water splashing out.

Room was good

Only hot water was available on the shower. Called the tech but couldn't do much.

Love the hotel due to its too nearby to the ev charger station. I just left my car overnight to charge.

During the night, too many motorists and they made noise so its quite hard to sleep

Bedsheets had a smell & floor was sticky

Location very near to taming sari some land mark in Melaka.

1.The washroom very dirty, the wall have some yellois and black mark which shown that the washroom never wash for so long. 2. The metteress is not confirtable to sleep since the spring inside keep poke u. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of it.

Good service by the receptionist. They explained very well and safe me from parking summon by purchasing the parking tickets in advance.
