Breakfast is good with lotsa varieties. Location are very great surrounded with local restaurants and very convenient.

The room cleanliness is out of my expectation -- the floor is dusty, sofa with stain and balcony are full with dust & rubbish. Water pressure in the bathroom was very low.

Great breakfast, room was spacious, everything was so luxurious! The pool makes for stunning photos! They also provided coffee, sodas, and snacks in the room!

Wouldn't change a thing. We chose it because it was close to a bus drop off. Other than that, the location is a little less than ideal in terms of proximity to attractions, so that it something to keep in mind.

Rooms are wide and clean. Staffs are friendly.

Bathroom exhaust fan is not working. Wi-Fi also and TV is not support to connect with media.

No cooking culinary, no plates/ forks and spoons but have electric stove..

Stayed at the family kids studio with 5 pax. The layout, arrangement and environment was exceptionally convenient for parents & kids.Separate rooms & bathrooms, a living room and a pantry, all in clean state and there’s plenty of rooms for all.The pool was also good for splashing out with wide view of straits of malacca and city center. And of course, the operating hours was also flexible.Breakfast menu covered a lot of choice and serves the morning appetite.

We loved the one bedroom unit with a separate sitting area and table with a mini kitchen. The microwave was very handy. That set up was perfect. We loved the breakfast staff and offerings at the buffet. The staff were so welcoming in the breakfast area. They welcomed us with big smiles. It was also impressive to see those young teens working so hard. The chefs were the best and the managers were friendly and helpful. The greeters made the morning special. Thank you to the breakfast buffet staff. We were lucky to be invited to the Christmas event. This really made our holiday. The food was exceptional. The decorations brought the whole atmosphere together. The music was amazing and fun. Those musicians are very talented! The other guests dancing was memorable and of course Santa gave gifts to the kids!Thank you also to the staff at the doors and in the lobby. We were greeted every time we left the building or arrived. Loved all the smiles. The location is excellent. Close to everything.

Location was good. Eateries around the hotel. Short distance to the mall.

The floor was dirty and dusty, had to clean myself using the floor rag.

The staff are friendly and speak good English. The room was comfy, and well maintained.

The room is very comfy. Parking available at the property.

No aircon or ventilation at the corridors, some parts of the shower knob is rusty.

I would like to complain this family suites should have a microwave but nil your kitchen cabinet is like a dummy..and in your booking.dot com l view there a soft drink can,tikbit in freezer and why nothing in freezer .....should have right? Food delicious but need some Malaysian kueh mueh, this a second time l checkin breakfas...under Noble resort hotel......cause breakfast are sharing with the straits hotel(Asia malacca hotel) and Noble resort hotel...staff are very pleasant ..especially ms Polencial the new operation manager,and house keeping maid,as well front line staf

Kitchen cabinet no item ... microwave oven should have...l been checking hotel with the rate like strait hotel...complete with item, microwave and others utilities

Staff at counter took sometime to prepare our check in process due to (maybe) lack of staff... the payment machine was not working so it took.us sometime to get our room key.One of the list wasn't functioning. Few of us from different rooms got stuck at out floor. To.make things worst, we missed our meeting due to waiting for the lift to be fixed.
