Mercury Boutique Hotel

Good location, building architecture, room design, swimming pool & cool hangout area.

Would recommend to trim out a bit some of the plants & grass area. Everything else is beautiful.

Staff friendly and the room is comfortable. Location excellent... Easy to access to interesting place and delicious asam pedas shops.

I don't know why got 1 lamps in the room unable to switch off. Need to ask housekeeping to adjust the fues. But reception and housekeeping so helpful. Tw so much

dont have iron facility. need to go to level 1 if need to use iron (that time i stay at level 2)

I feel happy because the staff are very friendly, the hotel room is clean, and the location is very strategic, there are a lot of facilities, so it's easy for us to go anywhere.??

Bedroom too small & not so clean. Check out time so early. Normally check out time is 12pm but mercury hotel check out on 11am.

Road noise can be heard clrarly. Poor sound proofing..

The hotel is in good tourist location and eatery place are nearby they have parking lot for those staying at the hotel.

It will be good if they had a swimming pool.

1. Location is at attractions center.2 many nearby eateries.3. Bed is comfortable.4. Hotel has elevator.

1. No drop off zone for luggage. You either block the traffic or u park thn drag your luggage to the lobby.2. Only 1 receptionist who entertain every request by guests, delay in checking in.3. Room sound proofing is bad - all kinds of noise from traffic outside, next room guest talking, showering, etc etc.4. No drinking water dispenser.

staff was nice and friendly, tried to help whatever little they could. The first night we really couldn't sleep well due to the lingering cigarette smell but got better after the staff the following day tried to use some ionizer to fix the problem.

Room was dirty when we entered, and despite being a non smoking hotel our room had strong smoke smell, sheets were stained. There was even biscuit wrappers under the bed that wasn't cleaned with crumbs from previous guests. Don't expect too much as its 2 stars but this should be a basic hygiene matter.

Room.are spacious .good for 4 of us.Nearby shopping mall and tamingsari area. Weekend night market are awesome just 2 minute walking..also can rent a bicycle at hotel.lobby..

Location is OK not too far from the tourist attraction and the pasar malam area.Good food every where..

The hotel surrounding is too dark during the night time. It's not too far from the place we wanted to go but it's quite scarry to walk especially if you bringing kids..
